Rubaiyya Sayeed Files has been reopened

When it rains, it pours. The rosy period for the dreaded terrorist Yasin Malik is over. His long list of criminalities is unfolding and the law is finally tightening its noose. He has been convicted in terror case and will soon face the wrath of the law in 1989 kidnapping case. This case will open can of worms and many skeletons will flood out from the closet, exposing the terrorist-politician nexus in the valley.

A new dawn for the Kashmir Valley

You must have heard this song in the praise of Kashmir’s serene natural beauty – “Gar Firdaus, zamin asto, ami asto, ami asto, ami asto – with its English translation as, if there is a heaven on earth, it’s here, it’s here, it’s here.” But unfortunately this heaven was turned upside down by the Islamic fanatics and Kashmir whose etymology is said to be from Rishi Kashyap has been forcefully made devoid of Kashmiri Hindus. Now the root cause of the unfortunate Kashmiri Hindu Genocide will unfold as the Jammu TADA court has summoned Rubaiyya Sayeed in her kidnapping case on 15th July.

Rubaiyya Sayeed is the main witness in that kidnapping case and will be cross-examined by lawyers from both sides. This case is claimed to be the beginning of the dark chapters of Kashmir. Kerala Governor Arif Mohammad Khan who was part of then VP Singh’s Cabinet made the same observation. He said,” I have absolutely no doubt that the manner in which the Rubaiya Sayeed matter was handled, gave a fillip to terrorism (in the valley).” The expose that this case will make and speedy Justice in this Kidnapping case will mark a new dawn for the valley. Several innocent victims will finally get solace after proper closure.

Kidnapping and the dire fall outs

On 8th December 1989, the terrorists kidnapped Rubiyya Sayeed, the daughter of then Home Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed. The kidnapping was carried out by the terrorist group Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF). The terrorist groups demanded the release of five dreaded terrorists in exchange to free the Home Minister’s daughter. Instead of showing a tough resolve and giving authorities a go-ahead for neutralising the kidnappers, the Home Minister succumbed to demands of the kidnappers/terrorists.

The five terrorists released were Abdul Hamid Sheikh, a Pakistani terrorist Sher Khan, Noor Mohammad Kalwal, Altaf Ahmed and Javed Ahmed Jargar (alias Mustaq). The released terrorists later on gave multiple wounds to India. Jargar was later involved in the hijack of an IC-814 plane in December 1999. This case made a mockery out of the law and bolstered the confidence of terrorists in the valley. This cycle of kidnapping of innocents and release of dreaded terrorists was replicated again in 1991 when the daughter of Saifuddin Soz was kidnapped.

Had the then Home Minsiter Mufti Sayeed tackled it in a better way, Kashmir would have never witnessed rampant terrorism and the Kashmiri Hindu genocide. These coward/terror sympathetic policies of the Politicians of the valley have been pointed out by many experts like Former DGP of J&K S.P.Vaid and others.

Some of the notorious names: Mohammed Afzal Sheikh of Trehgam
Rafiq Ahmed Ahangar
Mohammad Ayub Najar
Farooq Ahmed Ganai
Ghulam Mohammed Gujri
Farooq Ahmed Malik
Nazir Ahmed Sheikh
Ghulam Mohi-Ud-Din Teli

Could this have been possible w/o the knowledge of Union Govt of 1989?

— Shesh Paul Vaid (@spvaid) March 16, 2022

And nobody still knows if any militants were released in exchange for Saifuddin Soz's daughter who was also abducted but later released. It was a different time in the '90s. A different India. Different sop's. Some made up as crisis developed.

Yasin Malik: No less than a monster in man’s flesh

Yasin Malik once freely roamed around the Power corridors of Delhi. He in cold blood killed 4 IAF personnel and yet had no remorse for it. The family of the slain IAF personnel are still waiting for Justice but they are highly hopeful especially after his conviction in terror cases. The NIA Court recently found him guilty and he has been imprisoned for life.

Read More: Yasin Malik killed 4 IAF personnel. Their families were ignored for 30 years. But justice is about to be served.

He is also the main accused in the aforementioned Rubaiyya Sayeed Kidnapping case and chances are he will not get away this time in this case too. He was one of the main culprits that committed Kashmiri Hindu Genocide and forced them to escape from their homeland. But, soon he will sing like a canary and all the secrets of 1980s and 1990s will tumble out exposing all the underbelly of Politicians in the valley.

This is a fact and this case will re-establish it that the wheels of Justice may be slow but it grinds very finely. These terrorists and separatist leaders of the valley enjoyed lavish lifestyle while they radicalised local youth to cause bloodshed and mayhem. Such cases shall be things of past and all the secrets will very soon come out in the open and many politicians will be ashamed for their past or may be continuous acts and deeds.
