His wife Radhika Apte is an Indian actress who was born on September 7, 1985. She primarily works in Hindi films, but she has also acted in Tamil, Marathi, Telugu, Bengali, and English films. She began her acting career in the theatre and made her film debut in the Hindi fantasy Vaah! Life Ho Toh Aisi! (2005).
Apte has appeared in a number of mainstream films, including the commercially successful Tamil action picture Kabali (2016), the Hindi biographical film Pad Man (2018), the Hindi drama-thriller Baazaar (2018), and the Hindi black comedy Andhadhun (2018).
