In 2007, Zeeshan married Rasika Agashe, a television actor and theatre personality. Raahi, the couple’s daughter, was born in 2015, while Topi and Huraira, their two cats, live with them in their Mumbai flat.
The actor was born in Delhi and completed his education at Kendriya Vidyalaya before enrolling at Kirori Mal College, Delhi University, to pursue a B. Sc degree. His parents were both devoted theatrical artists, although his father also worked as a teacher.
His father is a Muslim, but his mother is a Hindu. During his college years, Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub came across his campus’s theatre society, which piqued his attention in a variety of ways.
