Careful Akhilesh, “The Kashmir Files” may divide your party

Careful Akhilesh, “The Kashmir Files” may divide your party
Share on FacebookShare on X

The attempt to trivialize the pain and agony of the Kashmiri Pandits may boomerang on SP supremo Akhilesh Yadav. It may end up resulting in the division in his own party especially when his uncle is breathing down his neck.

False Equivalences

It is naive and disingenuous to compare the atrocities against the Kashmiri Pandits in the valley, to the lone unfortunate incident in Lakhimpur Kheri on 3rd October 2021. While the genocide of the Kashmiri Pandits had a clear agenda of ethnic cleansing, Islamic supremacy, to secede the Crown of India i.e. Kashmir, the Lakhimpur violence was a localized act with no such agendas.

To stoop to the liberals’ logic, atrocities too have hierarchies. What happened to the Kashmiri Pandits is gazillion time more dastardly, heinous and act of Islamic terrorism. The Kashmiri Pandits are still fighting against the left’s narrative of, suppression and denial of their genocide. On the other hand the Lakhimpur Violence has been condemned, equivocally, by every section of the political spectrum.

The Facts of Kashmir Genocide and Lakhimpur Violence

On 19th January 1990, the violence against the Kashmiri Pandits peaked, culminating in mass murders, rapes, plundering of properties. 5 lakh Pandits left their homes fearing for their lives. The apathy towards Kashmiri Pandits can be seen from the fact that no inquiry commission was established. Similarly, the media blacked out the atrocities. The state too refused to recognize this as genocide. Up until now, no one has been punished for forcing the genocidal exodus, instead they have been eulogized by dominant section of Indian intelligentsia.

On the contrary, Lakhimpur Violence took away lives of eight people and injuries to ten. Political parties and media are keeping a close vigil on the case and every minute detail is being looked at. It is being investigated timely by SIT, with the Supreme Court giving regular directions to it. The SIT has made several arrests and filled a charge-sheet in the matter. The judicial process seems to be on the right track.

The Love for Kashmir Files

The making of the movie took 4 years of first-hand research with the victims. The Kashmir Files has covered a long journey in a very short time. In a battle against suppressive forces to ban the film the Kashmir file has emerge victorious and has gained support from an average Indian. The numbers on BOX office alone testifies the power of content and presentation of raw facts. Without PR, without massy film template, this genocide documenting movie is attracting audience to theaters, to see one of the worst tragedies of India since Independence.

Even Congress has seen an internal divide because of this movie. Witnessing the impact this movie is having, Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel has come out in the open to accept the truthfulness of some parts of the movie. This deviates from the line Congress party has taken, that is to completely and out-rightly reject all aspects of the movie.

Fraction in Samajwadi Party & Challenges for Akhilesh Yadav

After losing 4 consecutive elections, with 4 different strategies the party supremo Akhilesh Yadav might be facing challenges from within the party. The Chacha-Bhatija feud is an open secret and Shivpal Singh is getting Netaji’s blessings. Akhilesh has not been able to add a new voter base and all the allies keep drifting apart.

The exponential growth of The Kashmir Files has shown society’s empathy to Kashmiri Pandits’ cause. If Akhilesh doesn’t see the writing on the wall and fails to understand the ground sentiments, it will be tough for him to be in the helm for long as his uncle can outwit him and a traumatic coup d’état maybe in the making.

On Wikipedia, there is a hate crusade against the film Kashmir Files.

Not suprising, as everyone one knows, Wikipedia is anti-Hindu and all articles about Hindu issues are very biased.

Notice that the same sockpuppet wikipedia accounts (Aruneek Biswas == Winged Blades of Godric == Walrus Ji == TrangaBellam) are doing the hate edits in the article Kashmir Files and in the articles on Vivek Agnihotri and his previous films.

They are the same wikipedia user (=sockpuppets) and somebody should carefully investigate and present all the evidence.

    https://ekvastra.in/category/wikipedia/

Other wikipedia users have joined this sockpuppet in smearing Kashmir Files and supporting the sockpuppetry of Aruneek:

Abhimanyu Lele Vanamonde93, Reddyuday Kautilya3, Fowler, Tayi Arajakat.

Sockpuppetry is against the rules on wikipedia.
