Career
Panwar made her acting debut in the film Akkad Bakkad Bambe Bo in 2012. In 2015, she made her television debut in Begusarai as Najma. She portrayed Aditi in Thapki Pyar Ki in 2016. She also appeared in Rishton Ki Saudagar – Baazigar and Jamai Raja. Panwar portrayed Tara Raichand and Aarohi Kashyap in Ishq Mein Marjawan from 2017 to 2019. Her next part was as Madhuri Shirke, a deceased character in Star Bharat’s Meri Gudiya. Panwar is currently filming Ishqyaat, a short film in which she stars alongside Rrahul Sudhir.

In 2018, Alisha was nominated at Gold Awards for Best Actress in a Negative Role for the movie Ishq Mein Marjawan. Panwar was also nominated at Indian Television Academy Awards for Best Actress Drama for Teri Meri Ikk Jindri in 2022.
