Father of Ajwa Afridi is Shahid Afridi, a Pakistani cricketer and former captain of the Pakistan national cricket team, was born on March 1, 1980. Afridi is largely regarded as one of the most popular and dangerous cricketers in the world. Afridi, an all-rounder who bowled leg spin and was known for his aggressive hitting, was an all-rounder who bowled leg spin. Afridi was also a global record holder for the fastest ODI century, which he achieved in 37 deliveries. Corey Anderson shattered the record, which had stood for 17 years. He also holds the record for hitting the most sixes in ODI cricket history.

Following strong achievements at the under-19 championship circuit in the 1994–95 season, Afridi was recruited for the Pakistan senior national squad. He helped his club win the title the following season while playing for the Karachi Whites, taking 42 wickets in five matches at an outstanding average of 9.59.
