Vijay Antony is an Indian vocalist and composer who works primarily in the Tamil and Telugu cinema industries. He debuted as a singer in the film Sukran with the song “Saathikadi,” and went on to record songs for films such as Dishyum, Ninaithale Inikkum, Yuvan Yuvathi, Biriyani, Pichaikkaran, and Saithan. He is the first Indian to win the Cannes Golden Lion in the Best of Music category for the Nakka Mukka ad in 2009.

Fathima Vijay Antony has been nominated for the Filmfare Best Music Director Award (Tamil) for Ninaithale Inikkum (2009), as well as the Vijay Award for Best Music Director for Vettaikaaran (2009).
