It is obvious that in politics personal attacks are made and in Indian politics, the caste-based slurs and faith-based comments are not censored properly and the tradition continued so far.

Dinesh Gundu Rao is the Chief of the All India Congress Committee for Goa, Tamil Nadu, and Puducherry in India. He was the President of the Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee and a member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly. He was born in the Coorg of Kushal Nagar. He is the second of three sons of R. Gundu Rao, the former Chief Minister of Karnataka.
Tabassum Rao is a housewife and stays at her home in Bangalore, Karnataka. She has two daughters with Dinesh Rao, studying abroad. She likes to stay away from politics but whenever she is dragged she comes forward and speaks to the media to defend her husband. She is active on social media and regularly expresses her opinions.
