The lynching of a mentally-challenged man near a Gurudwara in Kapurthala was not just the case of mob justice. As investigating agencies are delving deeper into the details of the inhuman act, a clear pattern indicating ISI’s active role is emerging.
Granthi in Kapurthala has connections with ISI
As we at TFI had promised, we did not derive to any conclusion before the police could complete its investigation. Now, the details of the police investigations are out, and all the pointers indicate a clear attempt by Gurudwara’s Granthi to flare up communal tensions in the country.

Amarjit Singh, the caretaker of Gurudwara in Kapurthala is turning out to be a suspicious person in more than one way. According to a report by News18, this man is in direct connection with Inter-Service Intelligence (ISI) group in Pakistan. He has also been a regular visitor of Sikh’s holy places located inside Pakistan’s territory.
News18 report further reveals that he is also engaged in sponsoring pilgrimages to Pakistan. Moreover, the people sponsored by him were given favourable treatment and their visas were quickly approved by the Pakistani High Commission. This speaks a lot about his influence in Pakistan.

Amarjit is a Khalistan supporter and a sleeper cell
Meanwhile, various other reports reveal that Amarjit Singh is a pro-Khalistani who later became a CAT. CAT is a term used for those who overtly work for police forces, but covertly, they are sleeper cells of Khalistanis. Investigations also revealed that he has been in constant contact with a top-notch police officer, who helped him in getting preferential postings during the regime of Congress and SAD.
Detailing Amarjit’s links, a senior police officer of Punjab Police said, “We have gone through his passport records. We are also checking his phone records. The probe has found that he was in touch with one of our police officers. Besides, he had gone to Pakistan. During the investigation, Amarjit also revealed that he worked as a CAT commando and was in touch with some police officers,”

Amarjit was the one who had recorded a video claiming that a mentally-challenged person had tried to commit sacrilege and his men have captured him. In his video, he had also made a request to locals to gather near Gurudwara in order to teach that poor person a ‘lesson’. He had also called for fanatic leaders like Amarik Singh Ajnala, who is believed to have beaten the poor man to death.

Politics over Sacrilege, but no word against mob injustice
The lynching was the third attempt in a row to stoke communal disharmony in Punjab. However, a constant pattern emerged in the political outcry over the issue. Almost all political leaders, including Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi and SAD heavyweight Parkash Singh Badal, had condemned the alleged and unproven sacrilege inside Gurudwara.
Navjot Singh Sidhu, a friend of Pakistan, batted for public hanging of anyone accused of sacrilege.

Khalistanis and ISI are desperate
Pakistan has been trying to revive the anti-India Khalistani movement in Punjab for a very long time. Recent farmers’ protests provided them with an opportunity to disrupt the communal harmony of the country. However, just when the nefarious nexus of Khalistan and ISI thought they were succeeding in their mission, PM Modi withdrew the farm laws.

Election in Punjab is nearing, and normally, social equilibrium remains somewhat disturbed during elections. Khalistanis and ISI are desperate to fulfil their unfinished agendas. It’s high time for politicians, security establishments and media to act wisely and, unknowingly, not play in Pakistan’s hands.
Dear Supreme Court judges, why no suo-motu interest on these cruel lynching and killing of the two innocent lives right in front of women and children inside Gurudwara incident? If this would have happened in Hindu temples you would have cried out loud enough such that your cries may have reached Mars planet.
In India only minority communities have freedom to do whatsoever they wish like doing including license killing, mod lynching, instant mod justice, blocking the public roads indefinitely, blasts in courts, insurrection on Red fort, violating govt laws but Hindus have no rights to manage their own place of worship, can’t oppose the Friday prayers on public properties, roads causing trouble and Hindus can’t practice their own festivals, can’t defend from fraud conversion gangs and soon Hindus can’t even freely breath air if someone says that Hindus breathing air can hurt minority people’s feelings. Why is Indian judiciary have become dictatorship authority for Hindus?
How can we fix this dictatorship judiciary system?
Yes supreme court judges are also answerable to every indian citizen and they have a duty towards this country. They cannot turn a blind eye to suit their sweet will.
