There is little doubt that by the time Nepalese PM KP Sharma Oli’s terms ends, Chinese influence would have increased so much that the people of Nepal would have to put in a great struggle to protect their nation’s sovereignty. Such is the influence of the Chinese Communist Party on the Oli government. While Oli continues to exude in a false sense of bravado by trying to hog the limelight of falsely claiming Indian territories and labelling them as Nepalese territories, China is quietly and illegally grabbing Nepalese land in at least seven bordering districts, while Oli is afraid to even utter a word against his masters in the Chinese Communist Party.
KP Sharma Oli is nothing but a Chinese stooge as he will forever be indebted to China for helping him save his government on multiple occasions this year. His loyalty is no longer with the cause and sovereignty of Nepal as China has started to gazump Nepalese territory, with Oli keeping mum, as reported by Zee News.
According to Zee News, China has illegally occupied Nepal’s land in at least seven bordering districts. Nepali government agencies data reveal that China is gradually moving forward in these districts with the ultimate agenda of encroaching upon more and more landmass, while Oli continues to act as a mere bystander.
It seems that China is determined to make Nepal the latest victim of Chinese colonialism as it is encroaching Nepalese land at a breakneck speed. More worryingly for Nepal, the official estimates of China encroaching Nepalese land in seven bordering districts is likely to be underreported with the scenario expected to be much worse as Oli and the Nepali Communist Party will spare no efforts to shield Xi Jinping and the CCP.
It is believed that China has made inroads and occupied vast areas of land with Oli keeping mum to avoid the wrath of the CCP. Zee News has reported that Nepalese districts of Dolakha, Gorkha, Darchula, Humla, Sindhupalchowk, Sankhuwasabha and Rasuwa have fallen victim to Chinese land grab.
According to Nepal’s Surveying and Mapping Department, in Dolakha, China has pushed forward the international boundary by 1,500 metres towards Nepal. The department further reports that China has relocated various contentious boundary pillars in the seven bordering districts as it continues to transgress border arrangements. In the past, China occupied Rui village and merged it with the Tibet Autonomous Region of China a couple of years ago.
The Human Rights Commission has reported how numerous Nepalese houses along the Drachula village have been grabbed and assimilated into Chinese territory.
The Ministry of Agriculture has also revealed how China has occupied land in at least 11 places falling under four Nepali districts. The areas occupied by China are of strategic importance as most of the areas are the catchment areas of rivers. Ever since 2005, Nepal has resisted the urge from going ahead with border talks with China to not displease the CCP and has also suspended the 2012 border talks in a bid to avoid domestic pressure and finding itself in a fix.
Chinese influence has been ever increasing in Nepal under the rule of Nepali Communist Party with Oli leading the charge to ensure Nepal becomes a Chinese colony.
