The Supreme Court on Wednesday pulled up activist Harsh Mander on the allegations of making hate speech during anti-CAA protests here. The Centre brought to the notice of a bench headed by Chief Justice SA Bobde the hate speeches made by Mander. The hate speeches made by Mander have been going viral on social media platforms. In the video, he can be seen inciting the mob to inadvertently take the law in their hands. “From now on, the decision will not come from the Supreme Court or Parliament. We saw what the Supreme Court did in Ayodhya, NRC and Kashmir matters. The SC has failed to honor secularism, equality, and humanity. We will try fighting there too, but, the decision will not happen in neither Supreme court nor Parliament, it has to be made at the streets,” Harsh is seen spewing his venom at Gate no. 7 of Jamia Millia Islamia University in Delhi, in January.

It is a fact hidden from no one that Mander is a staunch Islamist and anti-India propaganda dweller and therefore what he is seen saying in the video cannot be far from the truth.
“You made statements against the Supreme Court. We will not hear you now… If Harsh Mander feels (that) about the Supreme Court, then we will have decide on that first,” said CJI Bobde. The bench was quick to set the record straight for him as Mander along with the victims of last week’s Delhi violence, had filed a petition seeking action against BJP leaders for their hate speech in the run-up to the Delhi assembly elections.

Representing the government Solicitor General Tushar Mehta dubbed the activist’s speech “derogatory and instigating”, he also pointed out that in the past, former Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi had struck off Harsh Mander’s name as a petitioner in a case involving Assam detention centers. Today, when Mander’s lawyer denied that he made any derogatory speech against the top court, CJI Bobde asked for a transcript of the speech.
Mander is a well-known anti-Hindu and anti-India intellectual, he was a member of the Sonia Gandhi’s kitchen cabinet known as ‘National Advisory Council,’ the extra-constitutional body to give sermons to the UPA government led by Manmohan Singh. Mander has been an open and loud supporter of the Muslims, with the draconian and Anti-Hindu Communal Violence Bill being his brainchild, Mander has left no stones unturned to demonize the Hindu community. Previously, the pseudo-secular activist had announced that he would become a Muslim if the Lok Sabha passed the Citizenship Amendment Bill.

Harsh Mander was also a contributor to controversial ‘Indiaspend’s hate tracker. Indiaspend’s faulty FactChecker, which was known to be a dubious website pushing through propaganda through fake facts and altering the data had to shut their “Hate Crime Watch” (HCW) after the 2019 general elections. It is interesting to note that Factchecker ’s Hate Crime Watch database was established in 2018 in the run-up to the 2019 General elections and if nothing, it reeked of political affiliations. The website was started to conveniently peddle lies with blasphemous and malicious reports that absolved one section of society whilst making other the big-broody villain.
He has allegedly been receiving huge chunks of money from the Islamic and missionary organizations for his bizarre activism and is actively connected to George Soros. Soros is a Jewish-American philanthropist and has a reputation for interfering in the internal affairs of other countries through his network of NGOs. Harsh Mander is the Chairman of Soros’s Open Society Foundation (OSF) Human Rights Initiative Advisory Board.
People like Harsh Mander pretend to be a white knight but instead, they are the ones who fan the fires of anarchy and violence. They incite the mobs through their narrow agenda-driven propaganda and then proclaim to wear secularism on their sleeves. Today the SC has given a rap on the knuckles to Mander and hopefully soon, he pays for his evil deeds.
