In a significant move which can have serious repercussions for serial propagandists like Swara Bhasker, RJ Sayema and Harsh Mander, Delhi High Court issues notice to Centre and others on Hindu Sena plea seeking FIR against AIMIM Akbaruddin Owaisi, Assaduddin Owaisi & Waris Pathan for alleged hate speech. The court has also issued notice to Centre on another plea filed by an advocate seeking FIR against social activist Harsh Mander, RJ Sayema, Swara Bhaskar, Amantullah Khanunder under appropriate IPCs & IT Act and directions to NIA to conduct an investigation into Delhi violence.

Additionally, the court has also issued a notice with reference to the third petition filed by Lawyers Voice (members of BJP legal cell) seeking FIRs against Sonia, Rahul, Priyanka Gandhi, Owaisi brothers, Waris Pathan, Manish Sisodia, Amanatullah Khan and Mehmood Pracha.

The issuing of notices effectively means that the Delhi HC wants Center to find out Sonia, Rahul, Owaisi, Harsh Mander and Swara Bhasker’s role in inciting violence in Delhi.

Delhi HC also issues notice to Centre on another plea filed by an advocate seeking FIR against social activist Harsh Mander, RJ Sayema,Swara Bhaskar, Amantullah Khan(AAP Party) under appropriate IPCs & IT Act and directions to NIA to conduct an investigation into Delhi violence. https://t.co/cF07UmLU3C

The liberal fraternity of Bollywood and the stand-up comedians through their selective activism left no stone unturned to incite the people in their desperate bid to destabilise the Narendra Modi government. During the initial stage of the Islamist protests in December 2019, against the CAA, RJ Sayema urged her followers on Twitter to gather at the Delhi Police Headquarters to ‘protest against the ongoing violence by Delhi Police against Jamia students’. After backlash, Sayema deleted her tweet. Sayema’s Twitter profile is full of love for Sonia Gandhi’s ‘bravery’ and unverified news which spew venom against the Delhi Police.

Am numb seeing the video where the Police after beating the civilians black n blue have ordered them to sing National Anthem and Vande Mataram. Police? Are they really men in uniform? Please tell me that it’s a fake video! PLEASE!

Sayema works in collaboration with billionaire George Soros backed Harsh Mander.

https://twitter.com/MirchiSayema/status/1232195961885036544?s=20

American billionaire George Soros has publicly pledged $1 billion towards ‘fighting’ nationalism and nationalists like PM Modi.

Harsh Mander has been at the forefront of the anti-CAA protests and the subsequent violence is believed to be on the payrolls of Soros. Mander is the Chairman of George Soros’s Open Society Foundation’s Human Rights Initiative Advisory Board. He has been involved in publishing various fraudulent reports against state police over the violence due to the protests against the CAA and has also spread rumours against the NRC. Mander is infamous for publicly announcing that he will register himself if the Citizenship Amendment Bill was passed. The bill has been turned into an act but there are no documents in public forum which prove that Mander has registered himself as Muslim. Importantly, he was a member of Sonia Gandhi’s National Advisory Council that drafted the Communal Violence Bill. His NGO Centre for Equity Studies has also received funds from Christian Evangelical Organizations and he has openly batted for religious conversions in the past.

What Delhi is witnessing is not a communal riot. Sustained hate speech & goons protected by the state have let loose a communal massacre. This indeed is a pogrom, like 1984 & 2002. @ProfVarshney is entirely right. The Delhi citizen must with courage save its people from its govt https://t.co/XbpQLkRp9w

— Harsh Mander (@harsh_mander) February 26, 2020

As Delhi has begun to burn, & threatens to burn further, can we have not find a single political leader who – like Nehru – will fight to his or her last breath anyone who raises his hand against in the name of religion https://t.co/uEIm4fJsmj

— Harsh Mander (@harsh_mander) February 25, 2020

These videos of police assaulting students in Jamia Library shd cause India's PM, Home Minister, Delhi's LG & Police Commissioner intense shame & atonement. They won't. These are criminal acts of targeted hate by people in high office. None deserve the public office they enjoy https://t.co/PgeTEPrfHb

— Harsh Mander (@harsh_mander) February 18, 2020

Swara Bhasker’s propaganda peddling on Twitter is one of the major reasons behind the violence in Delhi. Bhasker who calls herself as a ‘twitter warrior’ and a ‘troll baiter’ defended Tahir Hussain’s barbarity on Twitter and shared doctored clips which portray Hussain as a victim of Hindu violence.

Hussain and his goons murdered IB officer Ankit Sharma in the most gruesome manner possible as Sharma’s autopsy report revealed that Sharma was stabbed 400 times for 4-6 hours and his intestines snatched out. Expectedly, Bhasker faced tremendous backlash and later deleted her tweets defending Hussain. But Swara being Swara, again shared Hussain’s clearly doctored video which was shot in a green room where he is trying to portray himself as the victim.

Investigation on #TahirHussain ‘s role should admit this video as well..@AltNews have you seen this? Is it verified?? https://t.co/aDcK8IeGCz

— Swara Bhasker (@ReallySwara) February 27, 2020

New twist. What the hell is going on??? 🤯 https://t.co/6xudCgTq4Z

— Swara Bhasker (@ReallySwara) February 27, 2020

Bhasker even retweeted propagandist Kunal Kamra’s tweet where he shamefully attempts to blame the BJP for Hussain’s barbarity.

If someone from the AAP could make petrol bombs & store ammunition with the intent of killing innocent people he’d be recruited by BJP already…
For example Kapil Mishra 🙏🙏🙏

— Kunal Kamra (@kunalkamra88) February 27, 2020

Bhasker has on multiple occasions has attempted to incite the populace against the Delhi Police.

There are various videos doing the rounds on Twitter where Swara is clearly inciting people against the police and the government by spreading rumours against the CAA and NRC.

The Central government must expose the serial propagandists in the Delhi HC. It remains to be seen how the government reacts to this notice with the next date of hearing set on April 30.
