The recent attack on the CRPF convoy in Pulwama was like a bolt from the blue for the entire nation. Approximately 44-46 personnel were martyred in the suicide explosion, triggered by a suicide bomber hailing from the dreaded terror outfit Jaish e Muhammad. Following the attacks, the entire nation unanimously demanded effective retribution against the perpetrators of this attack from the Central Government.
Ever since the attacks occurred, there have been some absolutely absurd allegations that have been levied against the Central Government in the aftermath of the Pulwama attacks. Be it the allegations of orchestrating these attacks for the purpose of electoral advantage, or using the armed forces for the political benefit, the opposition has broken every ethical limit in order to corner the BJP led NDA government.
However, matters came to a head when the following was posted:-
In this post, Avi Dandiya, who is a self-declared Modi critic, alleged that BJP president Amit Shah and Home Minister Rajnath Singh orchestrated the attacks in order to gain public sympathy for the upcoming elections. As per the audio clip, these attacks were executed allegedly in order to arouse a nationalistic sentiment amongst the masses.
These allegations were not only widespread by people with vested interests throughout the Indian circle of social media, but also in Pakistan as well. Siasat.pk and Defence.pk are some of the media outlets in Pakistan that published these allegations.
However, the vigilant citizens once again came to the rescue by exposing this malicious plan to frame the BJP government. Nipping the conspiracy in the bud, Twitter users, led by Arif Khan, exposed the chinks in the armor of Avi Dandiya as follows:-

Interestingly, some of the quotes as mentioned by Rajnath Singh and Amit Shah were directly extracted from some of their old interviews. Some of them are as follows:-
This is not the first time the BJP government has been accused of orchestrating the Pulwama attack. Be it Congress which began the accusation fest, or Mamata Banerjee, who demanded proof of the exact casualties in the airstrikes executed by the IAF squadrons, you name it and the opposition has said it. Even Raj Thackeray, of all things, Ajit Doval for allegedly executing the Pulwama attack, the opposition has stooped extremely low in their bid to corner the BJP government over their fight against cross border terrorism.
As such, Avi Dandiya’s doctored clip was something that wasn’t only extremely dangerous, but could’ve also been exploited by the opposition, had the social media not nipped the conspiracy in the bud. We appreciate the vigilant social media users and hope that they continue exposing the nefarious plans of the left-liberals as and when required.
