Akhilesh Yadav and family have made several bizarre statements in the past, from asking for cheating in exams to be made legal in Uttar Pradesh to his father Mulayam Singh Yadav’s comments about rapists being boys who commit mistakes. The Samajwadi Party has never stopped from raising hilarious accusations at the BJP and other parties, and they seem to be in no mood to stop now.
India is a democratic country and everyone has the right to question about anything and clear their doubts. Akhilesh Yadav also has the right to ask question, whether his questions make any sense or not . Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav today asked if Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s recent visit to Indonesia and Malaysia during the month of Ramzan an attempt towards ‘international appeasement’ of the minority community. Now his Socrates level question gives rise to an array of counter questions. First, what would PM Modi achieve by so-called ‘international appeasement’? Is he going to get the votes of ISIS (Indian Sanghis in Iraq and Syria) in 2019 General elections? Appeasement is done in order to get something in return, a concept about which Akhilesh Yadav is very well aware of. Akhilesh Yadav followed the footsteps of his father who on 16 January 2017 said, “I will live for Muslims and die for them also”. His father is notorious for killing 16 unarmed kar sevaks in Ayodhya in 1990. In 2012, Akhilesh government launched ‘Humari Beti, Uska Kal’ scheme under this government gave girls of Muslim community Rs 30,000 to 10th pass girls for further studies or marriage. In another shameful and blatant attempt of Muslim appeasement, Akhilesh government in 2013 ordered withdraw of terror cases against Gorakhpur serial blast which accused Tariq Qasmi as well as five Bangladeshi citizens. They also tried to release Varanasi Sankat Mochan blast accused. During Muzaffarnagar riots his senior minister Azam Khan allegedly asked police to deal softly with Muslim rioters. When Mulayam Yadav was CM in 2004 he had ordered all schools in Uttar Pradesh to give break for Friday namaz.Also before getting thrown out of power by the voters of UP Akhilesh inaugurated secular Haj House made by the taxpayers money.

In 2012 budget Akhilesh Yadav increased the budgetary allocation for minority welfare, particularly for Muslims by 81%. Which included Rs 100 crores for assisting marriages of Muslim girls and Rs 200 crores for maintenance of graveyards . According to Aaj Tak report the Akhilesh government has allocated Rs 1300 crores for kabristans. As compared to that, they spent 627 crores on revamping the Smashans. Crores and crores were doled out to make mosques, Haj house, kabristan when Akhilesh Yadav was the CM. The Kairana exodus of Hindus happened under Akhilesh Yadav watch. There aren’t too many politicians who have indulged in Muslim appeasement to the extent that Akhilesh and his father have.
One more crusader of Muslim appeasement politics in the country is Mamata Banerjee who said she won’t leave the state during Eid so that she can be with her people. She refused to attend a NITI Aayog meeting for this. Whereas during Ram Navami she left her people to die when the West Bengal was burning in riots. She was in Delhi for the Third front related issue. At that time the third front issue was more important for her than the lives of people of her state. This hypocrisy and absurdity of Akhilesh Yadav, Mulayam Singh Yadav and Mamta Banerjee will be remembered for many years.
