In yet another shocking decision by a European court, a top Finnish court has defended a 23 year old immigrant against rape allegations involving a 10 year old minor girl, stating that the act only amounted to sexual assault. The court said that the sexual interaction between asylum seeker Juusuf Muhamed Abbudin and a 10 year old did not constitute rape. The incident took place near the city of Tampere in southern Pirkanmaa region of Finland in autumn 2016. The man had sexual intercourse with the girl in the yard of a deserted apartment block. He also exchanged sexually charged messages with the minor. The authorities and media in Finland have refused to reveal the national and ethnic background of the perpetrator.
In the past 4 years, ever since the European refugee crisis erupted onto the continent, there have been several cases where immigrants from North Africa and the Middle East have gotten away with cases of sexual abuse and rape. It is worth noting that the nations that have seen a severe rise in sex related crimes are Germany, France and Sweden, all of whom have ultra liberal societies and laws. These nations also have very flexible border control laws while being open to refugee intake, apparently for humanitarian reasons. Most infamously,the new year’s eve of 2015/16 in Germany saw mass rapes and sexual assaults in several German cities. There were allegedly 24 rapes and numerous sexual assaults across the country during the new year celebrations. In that case, Cologne police chief Wolfgang Albers stated that the perpetrators in his city were reportedly men of “Arab or North African appearance” and said that Germany had never experienced such mass sexual assaults before.
European nations have taken hundreds of thousands of refugees from North Africa and the Middle East since 2014, and despite seeing a stark rise in the reporting of sex-related crimes committed by asylum seekers, the authorities have failed to come to terms with the rise in crime and still refuse to crack down on offences committed by refugees and immigrants. In the cases where the illegals actually do get sentenced, their names and backgrounds are kept confidential. There are several socio-political reasons for keeping these details confidential, as revealing the identity of the perpetrators would fuel the ever growing far-right across Europe, who have claimed from the beginning that unchecked intake of refugees from ‘socially backward’ regions would inevitably lead to a rise in crime and disorder. The ruling liberal governments in these nations wouldn’t like to admit that the right-wing rhetoric surrounding refugees was indeed a genuine warning and not mere populist rhetoric.
Liberals and apologists continue to defend these perpetrators, and often give pathetic justifications for such incidents. A frequently cited justification is that the perpetrators of sexual assaults and rapes are apparently from backgrounds where it is “deemed acceptable” to do so if the rapist marries the victim. Even one of the most progressive Islamic nations, Turkey, was only a few parliamentary votes away from passing a legislation that would let the rapist escape punishment if he marries the rape victim.
The latest incident in Finland highlights the double standards of liberals the world over, as they would rather defend illegals than prevent sexual assaults on their minors. The rise in rapes and crimes across Europe as a result of refugee intake is a sure shot sign that unchecked liberalism decays and destroys society from within. Alas, the end of Western Civilisation might just be thanks to their new found ‘humanitarian liberalism’.
