Hafiz Muhammad Saeed better known as Hafiz Saeed is a Pakistani radical Islamist militant. Hafiz Saeed is the co-founder of Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and the chief of Jama’at-ud-Da’wah (JuD), banned terrorist organisations. Hafiz Saeed is a most wanted terrorist for the Indian government ever since his organisation’s involvement in the 2001 Indian Parliament attack. He has also been named as a mastermind in the 2006 Mumbai train bombings and the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks. Saeed has openly supported the terrorism and infiltration from across the border. Nothing is sacred for Saeed and his organisation. Loss of property and human lives doesn’t matter to them. What surprised us though is that the incident in Kathua managed to prick Hafiz Saeed.
The Kathua incident which happened in January was publicized by the Indian media as an anti-Muslim, anti-minority crime. The media refused to take it for its face value. It chose to assign an image to the accused, an image which it reserves for a select few cases. Journalists from the left leaning news websites and media houses have always been praised for their hate-mongering and propaganda peddling against the majority of India. The news and media uses a few criminals and goons from the Hindu population to paint the majority in a bad picture every time the opportunity arises.
The leading example of this was Hafiz Saaed praising Barkha Dutt in an interview given to a Pakistani news channel in 2016 for being a ‘sensible’ and ‘good’ journalist. Shouldn’t we all thank terrorist Hafiz Saeed for pointing out the ‘good’ journalists from India for our benefit?
And the journalists in return keep giving them points from time to time in order to build anti-India narratives. Their fear mongering is important for Hafiz Saeed as he can then quote them as ‘official sources’ from India of his information. The Kathua incident is no different in this respect.
The shameful Kathua incident which happened in January 2018 was modified to suit the anti-Hindu narrative of the so called liberals. People took to the streets in India, with placards and slogans, to demand justice for Salma (Name Changed). Not realising that it was actually the Jammu and Kashmir government led by Mehbooba Mufti which had in fact delayed immediate justice in Salma (Name Changed)’s case by not transferring the case to the CBI even after 2 months.
Hafiz Saeed grabbed this opportunity to spew venom against India. In the video, Saeed says, “What was the crime of the 8-year-old Kashmiri girl? Was being a Muslim the crime for innocent martyrs? Why is it that the United Nations and Human Rights organisations are silent on such atrocities?” He further questions about the rape being justified because the girl was a Muslim.
A man whose organisations have plotted and succeeded in killing thousands if not lacs of people in India and neighbouring countries has gotten a chance to question India’s motives.
No, Mr. Saeed the rape is not justified, any rape cannot be. Not the ones which keep happening to the minorities in Pakistan and neither the ones which happen in India. The only difference is that we believe in justice while you believe in hate and fear mongering. A rape is a crime in India while it is a tool to dominate the minorities of Pakistan for you.
The Hindu majority of India is condemning the rape and asking for the harshest punishments for the accused, if found guilty. But the leftist Indian media will not tell you about that. It must be amazing to have them on your side, to suit your agenda and mould issues on your behalf.
