Bollywood and media portray ‘Hindu’ as rapist, and Hinduism as the issue

A few insensitive acts have been carried out by the national media in the days leading to the outrage over the gruesome case in Kathua. The media and people across the country used the image and name of the girl child victim time and again, across many platforms. This is unethical, illegal and insensitive to say the least but not the only thing which has been done deliberately by the left leaning liberals and their comrades in media. The next act was highlighting the case to show a Hindu-Muslim divide between the masses.

The name of both the girl victim and the male accused were used time and again in all the reports done on this shameful topic. Remember the Nirbhaya rape case of Delhi, which led to the passing of an ‘Anti-Rape Bill’, probably the first case which shook the capital and the nation. Many of the common folks of our country would till day be unaware of the real name of the victim and the names of all the convicted, let alone be aware of the faces of the victim or the convicts. But, anyone who has picked up a newspaper, magazine or watched a news show in recent times would know all the particulars and details about the Kathua case. And we do not believe that this is just another coincidence.

The national media and the anti-Hindu brigade has shared and used the name, religion and photos of both the victim and the accused to show this heinous crime in a communal angle. The rape and murder case were reported but they also tried to show a much larger picture of the alleged Hindu-Muslim tussle which is ongoing in the country, according to them. The Muslims in this case were the victims and the Hindus, the aggressors. That’s all that mattered to the media.

They chose to display this incident prominently in order to stir up the common folk. An average Hindu or a Muslim, or for that matter any religious or atheist would condemn a rape. Why then was it necessary to use communal lenses to view this matter? Why couldn’t they just see this rape and murder as a rape and murder incident which happened to an 8 year old girl? The answer lies in media’s prolong battle to prove that the bogey of ‘Hindutva Terror’ exists and to solidify their blatant anti-Hindu agenda.

The dim-witted Bollywood gang further joined these ‘intellectual ‘media groups and communal elements of the society. Why has the Bollywood suddenly decided to use the word “Hindustan” in the placards displayed in favour of the victim? Weren’t they using India just a few months back to refer to the country? Why this name was selectively used today? Was it for selective targeting of all the Hindus in the country for the acts committed by 8 accused? Is this ethically and morally correct?

But can they be blamed? The Bollywood divas and starlets reacted as soon as they could, was it really their fault if they came to know about the incident after more than 2 months? Their late responses in support of the victim should not be taunted. The Bollywood gang seldom claims to be aware of the happenings outside the film circle. After all, constant flashes of cameras and limelight can adversely affect any one’s eye-sight and even perspective.

But the most problematic response was the one which came from letist parties such as the Student’s Federation of India (SFI) members in Delhi and Kerala. They took the matters in their own hands, vandalizing temples in Kerala. Demanding justice for the 8 year old victim from the northern state of Jammu and Kashmir by vandalizing temples in southernmost Kerala is how the communist and Jihadis of the modern world function. The images shared on social media platforms showing the Hindu deities and symbols in a negative light have been freely shared by the people.

What should this be called if not selective peddling of news? The free indulgence of the people in misrepresentation of the issue must be condemned. Yes, the accused should be fairly tried and harshly punished. The message that India will not tolerate rape and rapists anymore should be made clear. But, should it be done at the cost of demonizing Hinduism? Is it not equivalent to criticizing an entire group or a country whenever a terror act is committed?

Hindu temple in Vakkad in Tanur, Malappuram district of Kerala was vandalised by Jihadis.

Whats happening in Muslim majority areas is full fledged Jihad against Hindus, not mere protest about the murder in Kashmir.#ReclaimTemples pic.twitter.com/mpZYspz4cB

Hindu temples are being attacked and vandalised in Kerala by those protesting the murder of Asifa in Kashmir.

Hindus are facing full fledged jihadi terrorism against their beliefs, lives and livelihood.#ReclaimTemples pic.twitter.com/Rg9UDJRLYW

The same media jumps up to the defense of the terror groups and their religious identities whenever such a situation arises. The Charlie Hebdo cartoons led to an outrage by the Muslim community throughout the world. Nobody in their right frame of mind can dream of pissing off the church today. Why then is it so easy for the media and social groups to target the religious symbols and deities of Hindus. What gives them the right to hurt the sentiments of the Hindu population in India?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JevM8gQiq6o

The outrage being displayed by the Left media, Bollywood gang and leftist organizations differs from the general outrage of the public. They consciously choose to highlight an issue and make a new issue out of it.

These are the same hypocrites who refused to call it Hindustan. Now the same gang calling India as Hindustan just to defame Hindus and Temple.
Shame on you gang.

— Chiru Bhat | ಚಿರು ಭಟ್ (@mechirubhat) April 14, 2018

Every citizen of this country, Hindu, Muslim or Christian must be enraged by the way this incident is being handled. Their way of reporting or demanding justice must be taken as subtle hints to decode their double standards.

As a Hindu and as a citizen of India or Hindustan we request you to think and raise your voice against this issue as well, while we criticize the accused and demand justice for the innocent victim from Kathua.
