How Indian Media managed to destroy its credibility?

Ever since Gurmehar Kaur, daughter of a martyr of Pakistan terrorism (not a Kargil martyr as earlier thought to be) posted a Facebook post, that has created a near mini turmoil in the country.

Here I would not wish to go in to the subsequent events calendar of who tweeted what in response to the post, and the ensued bedlam it caused, but limit my views on the evil designs of Leftist organizations in thwarting nationalist unity and to create a false sense of uproar against the present dispensation.

WHAT IS CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER ?

I am not referring the Hollywood thriller of 1994’s with the same title, about a real story of inside drug cartels in CIA, but the doctrine enshrined by the American Constitution via it’s first amendment.

It is amusingly a co incident but perfectly in contest to cite here a recent incident in Mumbai Air Port, where a model created a ‘Bomb’ prank, which went wrong and landed the model in trouble.

Let me draw a close parallel to this doctrine.

The standard set by the USA Supreme Court for judging when freedom of speech may lawfully be limited. Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr., illustrated the point by arguing that no one has a constitutional right to shout “Fire!” in a crowded theater when no fire is present, for such action would pose a “clear and present danger” to public safety.

Coming to the context, our media is exactly enacting the same drama. It is intently indulging in creating such pranks in the society and vitiating the already charged atmosphere with Political war games. Journalists like Barkha Dutt and others are indulging in similar activities, particularly during Election times by raising false ‘fear’ pranks in the society when no such ‘fear’ (not fire) exist.

What this doctrine clearly spells out is the fact that there is always a ‘limitation’ for freedom of speech or rather freedom to sloganeering, if that prank likely to harm the society.

This is exactly what happened during the last ‘intolerance’ and award vapsi era under Modi Government on a Dadri prank.

We need to reach the main trunk, to trim the vicious aerial roots that are spreading and poisoning the society.

It is ‘pseudo secularism’ advocated by Leftist outfits, and media houses. The origin of pseudo secularism can be traced back to Marxian divide of the society in to Majority and Minority. So in Indian context , though the Muslims are most powerful group with over 15 crore population in India, is still a ”minority in numerical perspective, and hence the Marxian and leftist outfits go berserk in taking a side of only Muslims in all conflicts of ideology, religious bigotry, communal riots, human rights abuse etc. These groups blindly extended support to Muslims, Christians etc with a top priority for Muslims.

Then why and how Anti National elements should get sympathy of these Leftist groups that lead to anathema on Hindus ?

99.99 % of Indian’s are supposed to be patriots and should love this heritage rich country of India with out any rider of any kind. Then why so many (still minor group but around 0.001%) are in fray in this naatak? The rest of 0.001% people may be anti nationals, and must be either mentally unsound innocent souls and only these insane people’s can be pardoned but not the ones who deliberately mobilize themselves and participate in such anti India events.

There can not be any difference of opinion on patriotism. There can not be, a section of Indians living in this country paying taxes or evading it , following law and order of Indian laws or breach it, enjoying life sipping Vodka’s playing Balls in Casinos, yet wish this country go to dogs, or in to pieces as soon as they wish.

Even marginalized section of people of India like Dalits, Aadivasis, people of below poverty line, are all supposed to be patriotic when our nation stands before them. Their economic, and backward social standing in the society can not be the reason to shout anti India slogans. This is plain truth and plain common sense.

‘Muslim’ is ganglia of our Pseudo-secularism

Minority is epicenter of Leftist’s definition of Secularism. Over the years, showering sympathy and taking sides of minorities ignoring the facts and figures in any communal riots in India, has taken the definition of our secularism to an insensitive level. If we look in to the past in all communal riots, social strife’s involving particularly Muslims and Hindus, leftists and media always took a stand in favor of Muslims directly or indirectly. One can notice, the side that got media support and sympathy in some way associated with a Muslim factor.

This propensity towards a particular community i.e Muslims has made all the difference. This tendency has made even committed Marxists losing their grit to take on bigot Muslims, and communal Mullah’s. This weakness has grown in to a monster proposition and finally ended in distortion of the very definition of Secularism, which now rendered to mean only ‘a moral right to defend ‘Muslims’, and other religious minorities in India, though irrational, though biased, though in breach of our constitutional ethos in all times. So the Mullahs fatwas were tolerated, communal frenzy is defended, their religious priority over national interests were ignored and so on.

This regressive attitude of our left lenient media, and non BJP self styled secular parties have collectively divided the nation vertically.

Media and Right wing ideology -The Left is clearly wrong, yet the Right is crying sitting before the spilt milk

The strong patriotic Right wing ideologues on Social Media, who are pumping the much needed Oxygen to keep the likes of Gurmehar Kaur and Umar Khalids alive and kicking.

RW patriots should hence after resist from sharing, attacking such contents and instead promote positive ideas of nationalism on Social media.

Undoubtedly Virendra Sehwag is one of very few micro blogger, who’s tweets are so crisp, satirical and equally hard hitting on pseudos. No doubt it was his hard hitting sarcastic reply tweet to Gurmehar Kaur which blown in to a monster cloud burst on Social media; equally watch his other tweets, how he pays tribute to our martyred Jawans, and other hero’s and hero ins too. We should develop this attitude on SM, to shame the anti nationals.

So, Right Wingers are sitting before the spilt milk ( anti national media), crying, re tweeting, sharing these anti-nationals in to fame and fortune, but no efforts are made to buy fresh milk to further our cause.
