While Ishrat File has been the talk of the town lately, there are new developments emerging by every passing day and the onion is being stripped off peel by peel. According to the Forensic Report, which can be described as conclusive proof that the Ishrat Jahan operation was ‘genuine’. One that we now know as Ishrat Video Proof.
The Ishrat Video Proof was allowed to languish for 5 years much like the Samjhauta Blast Twist narco test.

Ishrat Video Proof: What the Forensic Report says:
On Page 172 of the forensic report, Clause 9 paragraph (a) says that after considering the circumstances given in quest papers, police records, narration by the police involved in the incident and the investigating officers and reconstruction of the scene of occurrence, simulation exercises, the Board of experts was unanimously of the considered opinion that the bullet holes in the Indica car, injuries on the body of deceased could have been possible from the firing by the police from initial position and during forwarding towards Indica car to the last position of encircling to Indica car. The bullet entry holes on police gipsy could be possible when someone fired targeting the gipsy from right side of Indica car to 20 inches back to the Indica car close to road divider.
This report, however, for some strange reason, was rejected by the SIT headed by the then officer Satish Verma citing scientific reason.
Ishrat Video Proof: Forensic Findings trashed
The forensic report of the Ishrat encounter was conducted by two unimpeachable bodies the CFSL & AIIMS. Forensic investigation of the encounter scene unanimously concluded that the Gujarat police did NOT stage a fake encounter. The Ishrat video proof shows how the Gujarat police shooting the Ishrat gang on point blank was a hoax and not a genuine encounter. There was a firing from the car to which the police responded until they didn’t want to die at the hands of terrorists. But thanks to the political agenda of some politicians or the SIT internal rivalry, the Gujarat police was criticized, shamed and punished for what they did. For some reason RR Verma and Satish Verma, members of the SIT, rejected this report. But why?
Experts who had done forensic reconstruction of encounter ask ‘Would US investigators have rejected scientific report? Dr. Gupta demands that we have a medical examiner system like the US where they have penal power. There were the detailed answers given by the scientific team to the ‘loopholes’ pointed out by the SIT to the report. But these reports were suppressed and never filed as proof in the Courts.
Subramanian Swamy points out that Satyapal Singh as SIT chief was actually ready to accept the forensic report, but was then transferred. The internal differences within the SIT hampered the scientific forensic team.
Ishrat Video Proof: A Huge effort to malign Modi
Sunday Guardian had done a story in 2013 pointing out that a huge effort was made to discredit Narendra Modi, the then chief minister of Gujarat.
What you can’t understand is why a scientific report was summarily rejected? Were SIT officers scientists? AIIMS & CFSL teams did not 1 but 3 reconstructions- each time the conclusion of panel was the encounter is genuine’
Ishrat Video Proof: Judiciary must see the case in the light of new evidences
Those of you who go on claiming that if the Courts have accepted it as a fake encounter, why question the judiciary now should really think about those evidences, which were hidden from the court and so the court gave decision according to evidences presented before it. You suppress all the material, withheld the crucial material, so obviously the judgement will differ
On the other hand certain things are very weird. First, Congress lifts ban from SIMI, which is a LeT operative hand. Then Rahul Gandhi goes to US embassy and says that Saffron group is dangerous than LeT but US mentioned that LeT was behind the attack and it should be declared as a dangerous terror organization. So, somewhere Congress was involved in this and had molded things. Congress was desperate to malign the image of Modi and the Hindu majority with their saffron terror strategy.
Mr. Naqvi says that the UPA government was sheltering terrorists. ‘It was a very shameful thing’. All truth is now coming out in the open- the then HM even changed the affidavit. Why?’ ‘There was a consistent effort by UPA to defame Modi and Amit Shah -that much is clear.’
Well, in the end it is very clear and not rocket science that the dirty machinery of Congress was used to tarnish the image of Modi ji. Now for those who called Ishrat their beti and behen could disown the tag or keep on defending the terrorist but they cannot deny the latest proofs emerging BECAUSE THE PEOPLE OF INDIA ARE LISTENING TO THEIR IRRATIONAL THEORIES AND WILL NEVER FORGIVE THE CONGRESS FOR KEEPING THE NATION IN DARK.
