इससे पहले विभिन्न मुस्लिम संगठनों और व्यक्तियों ने “वंदे मातरम” का पाठ करने का विरोध भी किया था।

दोनों बार कारण बताया गया कि इस्लाम में बहुदेववाद शिर्क है (अर्थात अल्लाह के अलावा किसी अन्य की पूजा सबसे बड़ा पाप है), इसलिए भारत माता की जय एवं वन्दे मातरम नहीं बोला जा सकता।

हालांकि यह देवबंद का आधिकारिक संस्करण है, मगर कहीं ऐसा तो नहीं कि वास्तविकता कुछ और है? इस लेख में हम यह कह रहे हैं कि देवबंद मदरसे ने जो कारण बताया है वह एक अर्धसत्य है। वास्तविक कारण खाली बहुदेववाद से जुड़े नहीं हैं। वे कुछ गंभीर वैचारिक मान्यताओं से जुड़े हैं।

यह वीडियो किसी दक्षिणपंथी हिन्दू विचारक का नहीं है वरन इसमें एक प्रख्यात पाकिस्तानी इस्लामी मौलवी जावेद गामिदी, मदरसों की चार मुख्य शिक्षाओं के बारे में बता रहे हैं। संक्षेप में इस वीडियो में यह बताया गया है:

4 चीजें हैं जो प्रत्येक मदरसा सिखाता है:

  • अगर कोई व्यक्ति मूर्ति पूजा करता है या बहुदेववाद (Polytheism) पर विश्वास रखता है, अथवा वह अल्लाह पर यकीन नहीं करता, या अगर वो इस्लाम को छोड़कर जाता है तो ऐसे हर व्यक्ति की सजा मौत है और यह सजा कोई भी मुस्लिम व्यक्ति दे सकता है।
  • एक गैर-मुस्लिम पैदा ही इसलिए होता है कि उस पर राज किया जाये। मुसलमानों को छोड़कर किसी को भी दुनिया पर राज करने का अधिकार नहीं है। हर गैर-इस्लामी सरकार अवैध है। जब भी मुसलमानों की शक्ति हो तो वे इस तरह के अवैध सरकार को उखाड़ सकते हैं। इसे पूरी तरह वैध माना जायेगा।
  • एक ही वैध सरकार है और वो है खिलाफत इन अलग अलग सरकारों के लिए कोई आधार नहीं है।
  • इस्लाम राष्ट्र अथवा राज्य की आज की धारणा को मान्यता नहीं देता है। यह एक कुफ्र है।

कृपया (४) को ध्यान से पढ़ें. इसका अर्थ यह है कि भारत कि वर्तमान भौगोलिक सीमा का कोई मतलब नहीं है।

जब तक हर मदरसों में इन 4 पहलुओं को सिखाया जायेगा तो आतंकवाद कैसे नियंत्रित होगा?

हमें नहीं भूलना चाहिए कि अल कायदा और तालिबान के जन्म इन मदरसों के द्वारा ही हुआ था। पाकितान के उत्तर पश्चिम सीमांत प्रांत  (North West Frontier Province – खैबर पख्तून्वा) और अफगानिस्तान पाकिस्तान सीमा में ऐसे कितने ही मदरसे विकसित हुए जिनसे बाद में तालिबान का जन्म हुआ। इनसे ही वह सलाफी या वहाबी विचार निकला है जिसे अल कायदा और ISIS मानते हैं। यह विचारधारा किसी राष्ट्र या राज्य की अवधारणा में विश्वास नहीं करती।

इन सभी मदरसों में छात्रों को सिखाया जाता है कि आधुनिक भौगोलिक सीमाओं अस्थायी हैं और इस्लाम में स्वीकार्य नहीं हैं। जब यही सिखाया जायेगा तो इसमें क्या हैरानी है कि इन मदरसों के छात्र भारतवर्ष का आदर नहीं करेंगे। वे भारत की भौगोलिक और राजनीतिक अस्तित्व को जब मानेंगे ही नहीं, तो फिर उससे भावनात्मक जुड़ाव क्या होगा?

इसी तरह जब बहुत से मुसलमान यह कहते हैं कि वे भारत माता की जय या वंदे मातरम नहीं कहेंगे तो समस्या केवल बहुदेववाद या मूर्ति पूजा नहीं है। मुख्य मुद्दा यह है कि वे मानते हैं कि भारत एक अस्थायी भौगोलिक गठबंधन है जिसे एक दिन टूटना ही है। उनके अनुसार यह एक दर-उल-हर्ब है जहाँ काफिर रहते है। उनका ध्यय है इसे दर-उल-इस्लाम बनाना।

क्या दारुल उलूम देवबंद एक और फतवा जारी करेगा कि वे पूरी तरह से एक राष्ट्र के रूप में भारत की भौगोलिक और राजनीतिक एकता में विश्वास करते हैं और ISIS वाले खिलाफत को अस्वीकार करते हैं?

जब तक देवबंद मदरसा इस तरह के एक स्पष्ट निर्देश नहीं देगा तब तक उनका हाल का फतवा एक “मुखौटा” ही है जो कि वास्तव में एक कहीं अधिक गंभीर वैचारिक विचार प्रक्रिया को छुपाता है।
