The Indian Air Force’s (IAF) Sarang Helicopter Display Team is set to participate in the Singapore Airshow 2026 early next month, joining a lineup of prominent military aerobatic teams, including the Chinese PLA Air Force’s Bayi aerobatic team.
The biennial airshow will be held at the Changi Exhibition Centre on Singapore’s east coast from February 3 to 9. According to organisers, the event will feature eight aerial displays presented by six air forces, along with performances by two commercial aircraft manufacturers. The flying display programme is expected to showcase a blend of modern combat platforms and advanced commercial aircraft.
Announcing its participation, the Sarang team said in a post on X on Thursday: “Singapore, we’ve arrived! The Sarang Helicopter Display Team is gearing up for breathtaking manoeuvres at the Singapore Airshow 2026 at Changi Exhibition Centre. Get ready to look up. This is going to be spectacular!”
