In a people-first approach to celebrate 11 years of the Narendra Modi-led government, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is launching a sweeping nationwide campaign centered around public engagement, wellness, and civic responsibility. The campaign will begin with grassroots programs such as mass yoga sessions, tree plantation drives, and health outreach, culminating in a series of nationwide events aligned with International Yoga Day on June 21.
Under the banner “11 Years of Modi Government – Sankalp se Siddhi”, the initiative puts direct citizen interaction at its core. From mohalla-level gatherings and panchayat meetings to door-to-door campaigns for Ayushman Bharat Yojana enrolment, the BJP aims to deepen its grassroots connect through active participation rather than mere promotion.
Focus on Wellness and Environmental Action
A key highlight is the party’s commitment to wellness and sustainability. Each BJP mandal (local unit) will organize training camps between June 15 and 20, leading up to apolitical celebrations on International Yoga Day (June 21). This includes yoga demonstrations, public participation drives, and environmental campaigns.
A nationwide tree plantation and seed-ball distribution initiative will run concurrently for two months, symbolizing both environmental consciousness and long-term commitment to “Viksit Bharat” — a developed India.
Massive Ground-Level Mobilization
The campaign also features “Viksit Bharat Sankalp Sabhas” — community meetings where citizens will take a pledge toward nation-building. These sabhas will be held in every mandal, covering both urban and rural populations. Public contact programs will extend to professional meets, state and district workshops, and localized media engagements.
Door-to-door awareness efforts will focus on enrolling senior citizens under the Ayushman Bharat health scheme, with elected representatives spearheading the initiative.
Honoring History and Promoting Patriotism
While grassroots engagement is the campaign’s heartbeat, the BJP is also spotlighting key governance milestones, including the recent Operation Sindoor, a cross-border counter-terrorism action hailed by Prime Minister Modi as a “new paradigm” in global anti-terror efforts.
Additionally, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Emergency (1975), district-level seminars and events will honor those jailed during that period, referred to in party communication as “Loktantra Senanis” (Soldiers of Democracy).
Digital Engagement for the Young
To appeal to younger audiences, the campaign will include competitions for short films, storytelling, and graphic design, with awards given at the state level. Exhibitions and governance literature will supplement the outreach, combining tradition with tech-savvy engagement.
Two central coordination teams, led by BJP General Secretaries Sunil Bansal and Arun Singh, will oversee execution, supported by senior leaders such as Rekha Verma, Dushyant Gautam, and Dr. Radha Mohan Agarwal.
As the Modi government steps into its 12th year, the BJP appears poised to blend celebration with civic action, aiming not just to showcase its legacy — but to physically and emotionally engage with millions across the country.
