Indian National Congress and their stooges have got a special talent to push an ordinary voter into the saffron side of the spectrum and make the individual hate the spectrum the Congress is residing in. The latest example is of renowned Bollywood actress Preity Zinta who had to come up on twitter to lash out at the Kerala Congress for spreading fake news against her.
On the 24th of February, the Kerala Unit of the Congress made serious allegations against the Bollywood actress. They brazenly alleged that she secured a ₹18-crore loan waiver from the crisis-hit New India Cooperative Bank in exchange for outsourcing her social media accounts to the BJP, indirectly boxing her as a BJP stooge and a pliable BJP individual having no independent and rationale mind of her own.
The official X handle of the party’s regional unit based their brazen allegations on a news report which alleged that Preity Zinta’s loan had been written off, leading to the collapse of the bank.
The contentious post by the Kerala Congress stated, “She gave her social media accounts to BJP and got 18 Cr written off and the bank collapsed last week. Depositors are on the streets for their money.”
In a sharp retort, Preity Zinta lashed out at the Congress party for vilifying her and running a deranged tirade against her. Additionally, she debunked the myth that the oldest party’s Kerala unit tried to spread. Denouncing the allegation as “vile gossip,” Preity Zinta clarified that she had fully paid back loans she had taken earlier. To add insult to injury to the Congress party, the popular Bollywood actress added that the said loan was paid in full, A DECADES AGO.
Furthermore, Preity Zinta emphasised that she personally operates her social media accounts and called out Congress for spreading “fake news.” She expressed shock over a political party promoting misinformation and sensationalizing her name for clicks.
No I operate my social media accounts my self and shame on you for promoting FAKE NEWS ! No one wrote off anything or any loan for me. I’m shocked that a political party or their representative is promoting fake news & indulging in vile gossip & click baits using my name &… https://t.co/cdnEvqnkYx

“No I operate my social media accounts my self and shame on you for promoting FAKE NEWS ! No one wrote off anything or any loan for me. I’m shocked that a political party or their representative is promoting fake news & indulging in vile gossip & click baits using my name & images. For the record a loan was taken and FULLY PAID BACK – over 10 years ago. Hope this clarifies and helps so there are no misunderstandings in the future”, the Bollywood Actress tweeted.
Following her response, a community note was added to the Kerala Congress’ post, stating, “Preity Zinta has clarified from her Twitter handle that it is fake,” with a link to her statement.
The development comes in the backdrop that for past several days the Bollywood actress has been facing relentless smear campaign by the Congress party and its troll ecosystem. For those unversed, Preity Zinta had earlier lashed out at Congress stooges over their tendency to assign labels like Andhbhakts to anyone appreciating Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
What’s happening to people on social media? Everyone has become so cynical. If one talks about their first chat with an AI Bot then people presume it’s a paid promotion, if you appreciate ur PM then you are a bhakt & god forbid, if you are a proud Hindu or Indian 🇮🇳then ur an…

Preity Zinta’s reaction came after she shared her experience with Grok3, an AI chatbot developed by Elon Musk’s xAI, describing her conversation as both “scary and fascinating.” However, some Congress fanboys alleged that her post was a paid promotion, which she firmly denied. She also criticized how people immediately categorize others based on their opinions, stating, “If you appreciate your PM, you are a bhakt. If you are a proud Hindu or Indian, then you are an andh bhakt!” She urged people to accept individuals for who they are rather than forcing ideological assumptions.
