Following this, the devotees can experience spiritual joy by participating in the Raga Seva from 3–5 PM, followed by Badhai Gaan performances from 6–9 PM that will be held at the ground floor of the Ram Janmabhoomi temple. Raga Seva is a classical tradition of offering musical compositions to the divine in various ragas, or melodic modes.
The first floor of the Yatri Suvidha Kendra will bless the atmosphere with the musical recitation of the Ramcharitmanas. The Angad Teela will host many programs with Ram Katha from 2–3:30 PM, followed by discourses on the Ramcharitmanas from 3:30–5 PM. Cultural programs from 5:30–7:30 PM will showcase the rich heritage associated with Shri Ram, and last but not the least the distribution of Shri Ram’s Shri Prasad.
It was 22nd January, 2024 when the 51 inch murti of beloved Ram Lalla was consecrated in the Garbhagriha of the Ram Janam Bhoomi in Ayodhya marking the ending to the 500 year wait of the Hindu civilisation to restore its pride. However, the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has clarified that the first anniversary of the consecration, or ‘Pran Pratishtha,’ will not be celebrated on 22nd of January but instead on January 11, 2025. The Hindu festivals and observances follow the Hindu calendar and according to this calendar, the consecration ceremony occurred on Paush Shukla Paksha Dwadashi, also known as Kurma Dwadashi, the 12th day of the waxing moon in the Paush month. In 2025, this auspicious date will fall on January 11, prompting the trust to schedule the celebration accordingly.
