Jagjot Singh Sohi, president of Takht Shri Patna Sahib, has said that Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was “sponsoring” the Khalistani radicals. Sohi also condemned Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun adding that people like him cannot be Sikhs.
Slamming the Justin Trudeau government for supporting Khalistani terrorists and radicals like Pannun, the President of Takhat Sri Patna Sahib said, “It is a matter of great regret that he has given such a wrong statement which we strongly condemn. He has said nonsense many times before which is baseless, and disrespectful and he is not a Sikh at all, he always gives wrong messages, so we are strongly condemning it…Somewhere the Justin Trudeau government is sponsoring them. If we look at the recent incidents, it is clear that the Canadian government is supporting him”.

Tensions continue to escalate between India and Canada as there have been allegations every now and then.
In the latest incident of November 3, a group of pro-Khalistan miscreants attacked a Hindu temple in Brampton, Canada.
The pro-Khalistan elements in Canada even celebrated Late Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi’s assassination a few months ago.
Khalistani terrorist Pannun could also be seen making anti-India statements and open threats to attack Hindu temples.
Interestingly, Canada and the US, the countries where Pannun has bases, are not doing enough to contain his anti-India activities despite the Government of India asking them to keep a check on him and his ilks.
Meanwhile, there has been a diplomatic showdown between India and Canada for the past few months.
Reportedly, the Canadian government enabled free passes to pro-Khalistan elements to carry out their violent, tyrannical, and oppressive actions against Hindus in the country.
Relations between India and Canada worsened after Hardeep Singh Nijjar, a Khalistani terrorist, was killed in Canada and the Canadian government accused India of the murder. India denied the charges as “absurd”.
In the following months, Canada alleged that the Indian High Commissioner in Canada and other high-level diplomats were “persons of interest” regarding the crime that was committed in the country.
