The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) is set to hold its annual All-India Coordination Meeting in Palakkad, Kerala, from August 31 to September 2. This three-day event is a significant gathering that brings together the top leadership of the RSS and senior officials from its affiliated organizations. The meeting serves as a crucial platform for these leaders to discuss and strategize on matters of national interest, social change, and organizational growth.
This year’s meeting will witness the participation of RSS Chief Dr. Mohan Bhagwat, General Secretary Dattatreya Hosabale, all six joint general secretaries, and other prominent RSS functionaries. In addition, key figures from 32 affiliated organizations, including the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP), Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS), and Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram, among others, will be in attendance.
The primary focus of the meeting will be on reviewing the ongoing activities of the RSS and its affiliates, sharing insights and experiences, and discussing the current socio-political landscape. The leaders will deliberate on recent developments, including significant national events and their implications. They will also explore strategies for addressing various challenges facing the nation, with a particular emphasis on strengthening coordination and cooperation among the different organizations.
Sunil Ambekar, the RSS’s National Publicity Chief, highlighted the importance of this meeting, noting that it provides an opportunity for the RSS and its affiliated bodies to align their efforts towards common goals. The discussions will likely influence the organization’s agenda and activities in the coming year.
This meeting follows last year’s successful gathering in Pune and is expected to set the tone for the RSS’s future initiatives, particularly in fostering national unity and promoting social welfare.
