I hope some of you have heard that bedtime story of “The Emperor with No Clothes”. Once, someone gave the emperor nothing to wear, but none of the courtiers had the courage to say how he looked. Somewhere down the line, the way Indian journalists pining for Atiq Ahmed are doing exactly the same.
Let’s understand on why the Islamoleftist cabal is so desperate to present Atiq Ahmed as some sort of legend. So what are we waiting for?
“A lawmaker is murdered”
It is well known that the life of Atiq Ahmed was anything but normal. However, after his sudden death, a new kind of “fan club” has emerged, for whom Atiq is no less divine than Sai Baba. Don’t believe us? Then focus on Rana Ayyub’s latest crap.
Agenda oriented journalism is Rana Ayyub’s tonic, and it was at a panel on “Press Freedom” at UNESCO, wherein Rana discussed the same. Her rhetoric was nothing new: Modi govt. is tyrannical and the media and the minorities are being suppressed.
What’s new was the way she addressed Atiq Ahmed as. Instead of the gangster and the anarchist that he actually was, Rana addressed him as a “lawmaker, who was brutally murdered in front of live media”. Man, could someone please get me the contact of the agency specializing in such whitewashing?”

A promising student, Asad
Rana Ayyub basically wanted to achieve what even the likes of BBC and The Wire couldn’t achieve. However, this is nothing. On the lines of Burhan Wani, the media wanted to present his son Asad as a brilliant student, ‘murdered by the oppressive authorities’.
However, a screenshot of Asad’s marksheet went viral, which spoiled their plans rather badly. How so?
Following the encounter of Atiq’s son Asad, the police confiscated several of his documents, including his mark-sheet from Class 10th. In this, Asad is shown as a student of St. Joseph School, who couldn’t even achieve the passing marks in any of his subject. From a total of 700 marks, he garnered a measly 125. He received 28 out of 100 in English, some 22 marks in Hindi, and 19 each in Science and Maths. Now that’s not exactly a good profile of a ‘good student’, eh?
Someone better research on this desperation
However, that was Asad Ahmed for you. According to various reports, he bullied students, as well as teachers into submission. For instance, he had harassed a teacher, as well as slapped a referee during a sports competition.
Asad Ahmed’s marksheet has come at a time when media reports were claiming him as a promising student, who aced in everything known to mankind. Some of them went to the extent of claiming that Asad wanted to study law abroad, but with the grades he received, even a noob will have doubts over his chances.

As such, one cannot decipher as to who are these folks, who see divinity in people as barbaric and uncouth as the Ahmed family. But when people can praise Hitler, Nehru, even the likes of Virat Kohli for that matter, who is Ahmed family then? You know what, one should research on the priorities, as well as the thinking of such sycophants as well.
