Karnataka CM decision: DK Shivakumar should be the CM, because Siddaramaiah will burn the state again

Karnataka CM decision

Karnataka CM decision: In a film, I once heard a character say, “Choosing between right and wrong is easy, but how does one choose when both options are wrong?” It seems like this scenario might become a reality with the current situation in the Karnataka Congress, where it appears that both choices available are unfavorable.

Now, let’s look into the Karnataka CM decision tussle between DK Shivakumar and Siddaramaiah, and why the former, despite being corrupt, is still a much better choice than the latter.

Karnataka CM decision: None is pristine clean, but

In the realm of Karnataka, a formidable conundrum emerges, forcing individuals to navigate between two undesirable choices, akin to the treacherous decision between the devil and the unfathomable deep sea. On one hand, we encounter DK Shivakumar, a political figure notorious for his involvement in corrupt practices and a shrewd mastery of employing unscrupulous tactics to cling onto power, regardless of ethical considerations.

Conversely, we find Siddaramaiah, whose legacy is marred by a fervent inclination towards anti-national elements, an unparalleled animosity towards Hindus, and a vehement hatred for North Indians and the Hindi language in particular, which has perpetually remained the topic of conversation.

Paradoxically, amidst this intricate web of considerations, one cannot deny that DK Shivakumar possesses a certain enigmatic duality. He exhibits unwavering devotion not only to his regional heritage but also to the vibrant tapestry of local culture. Consequently, it comes as no surprise that he emerged victorious in his constituency with an overwhelmingly resounding majority, leaving an indelible impact. Henceforth, DK Shivakumar appears to be a better option for the position of CM, as opposed to the devilish Siddaramaiah, who may once again bring turmoil to the state if sworn in as CM.

Siddaramaiah might follow Mamata’s trajectory

However, DK Shivakumar has two problems. One, he is charged with many corruption cases, for which he is under the radar of every possible agency. Two, the biggest obstacle in his path is ironically his colleague, and ex CM of Karnataka, Siddaramaiah and so the sad option that remains for Karnataka’s CM chair is obviously none other than legendary Siddaramaiah.

Ever heard of Prashant Poojary? If not, that’s not your fault. Our system is made as such that the ones actually traumatized by radicalism never see the light of the day, forget getting justice. At the same when Mohammad Akhlaque was lynched over allegations of keeping beef, Prashant Poojary was brutally murdered in Karnataka. His crime: working for the welfare of cows, and resisting the cow slaughter.

So how is Siddaramaiah connected to it? He was the CM when this happened in Karnataka. Should he be appointed the same position, he will unleash his wrath on the Hindus, whom he hates like hell. Even as CM, his appeasement tactics could give competition to the likes of Mamata Banerjee and Ashok Gahlot.

TFI Founder Atul Mishra had a concerning take over the same as he tweeted,

“DK is nasty, corrupt, greedy, and a megalomaniac. Sidda is all of it and SDPI PFI supported rabid Hindu hater. DK will be better. But it’s Sidda who has the support.”

Is Karnataka headed the Maharashtra or MP way?

But with Siddaramaiah becoming the Chief Minister, there will also be what the Congress neither wants nor can afford at this time: infighting. Neither DK Shivkumar is Sachin Pilot, who will just keep running hither and thither, nor is Siddaramaiah Ashok Gehlot or Bhupesh Baghel, who will retain power at any cost.

And now, should Siddaramaiah rise to power, he will throw Karnataka to the dogs, and going by his current state of mind, one wouldn’t be surprised if the state sooner than later, goes either the Maharashtra or the Madhya Pradesh way. However, in the end, it is the citizens of Karnataka who will have to suffer.

To emphasize my point clearly, let me remind you of the incidents that occurred in various parts of Karnataka following the recent victory of the Congress party in the Assembly election.

From instances such as the raising of flags by PFI, accompanied by chants proclaiming the triumph of justice, to the bursting of crackers and the chanting of slogans invoking Pakistan’s name near temples, these events shed light on the potential consequences that a Siddaramaiah-led government could bring to Karnataka if he were to assume the role of Chief Minister. Unfortunately, dear Kannadigas, it is a concern that you might find yourselves in a situation where your cherished homeland becomes a place of uncertainty and discomfort, contradicting the pride you hold for it from morning till night.

GOD SAVE KARNATAKA! GOD SAVE KANNADIGAS!
