Umesh Pal murder case: Believe it or not, Uttar Pradesh has always been a spotlight state. Be it crime, politics, or social issues, UP has provided both predators and fighters. The state comprises both people with a pious religious mindset and smeary conversion jihadis. Leaving the good parts aside, imagine what will happen if all the crimes converge in a single case. It will be no less than a test for any government. Actually, that is all a matter for the state machinery to deal with, and it will show the reality of each claim of peace by the government. And hopefully, the current executive head is good at it.
Mafia ko mitti me mila dunga
Recently, the UP Legislative Assembly saw Yogi Adityanath back in form, and when I say this, I mean the same furious Yogi Adityanath who emerged as a third pole between Shakti Sadan and Hatta in Gorakhpur. But that is a completely different story, though an interesting one. What I want to say is that “Mafia ko mitti me mila dunga” is the same commitment that he fulfilled somewhat successfully in Gorakhpur without a prophecy. Now this time he said it, and that too in the Legislative Assembly. So, was the statement destined to be a filler on the rhetorical list? The answer came soon. When UP Police aggressively dealt with the murderers of Umesh Pal,
Actually, Umesh Pal was a prime witness in the former MLA Raju Pal murder case. A few days ago, he was brutally murdered in daylight. In the ongoing investigation, UP Police found that the killer was a member of the infamous Ateek Ahmed gang. The UP law and order system again faced questions that certainly needed to be asked. But after Yogi’s commitment in the Legislative Assembly, the witch hunt started, and the murderers of Umesh Pal were shot down in an encounter.

A conversion angle unfolded in Umesh Pal murder case
But don’t get relaxed; this is UP! A case unfolds 100 layers before being settled. One of Umesh Pal’s murderers was Usman. He was known to be the one who was at the forefront while shooting. From here, the case takes a dramatic twist as his wife claims a different story altogether. According to her, Usman was a driver in the Ghorpur area. And on February 24, the day of the murder of Umesh Pal, he was at home for the full day. She claimed that, from February 26 to March 2, he was in Stana to meet his brother, who is in jail custody. The most shocking claim that she made was that the police were at her home all night before the encounter and that they are not Muslims. His husband’s name is not Usman but Vijay Chaudhary.

But still, it is an undeniable fact that Usman alias Vijay Chaudhary was the shooter of the Ateek Ahmed Gang. Additionally, on the day of the incident, he shot Umesh first after coming out of the shop. His photo and video were all captured on CCTV. However, in spite of all this, Usman’s wife is coming into the media and saying that this encounter has gone wrong. Her husband has nothing to do with the murder.

Umesh Pal murder case: Usman or Vijay
According to early sources, Atiq Ahmad’s sons named Vijay Chaudhary “Usman in view of his loyalty. Usman was a very cunning criminal. He was given the name Usman when he joined the Ahmed gang, IAS 227.
But was it Usman or Vijay? Or was he converted? The answer to this question is with either Vijay/Usman or Atiq Ahmed’s son now, but this much is clear: there is something that is still unveiled. The Uttar Pradesh Police’s ADG, Prashant Kumar, has also indicated the same and, taking cognizance of the matter, has said that it is being investigated how the shooter, Vijay Chaudhary, became Usman.
