Hare Ram Hare Krishna Mandir – Guide
ISKCON is a famous temple dedicated to Lord Krishna which is also known as “Hare Ram Hare Krishna Mandir”. Let us tell you that this temple was established in the year 1998 by Achyut Kanwinde and it is located in the Hare Krishna Hills, east of Kailash area of New Delhi. The ISKCON temple is a very attractive structure made of exquisite stone work on the outside and ancient artwork inside the premises of this Temple.
History of this Temple
It is a spiritual organization founded in 1966 by Abhayacharanaravinda Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada in New York. All the beliefs of this temple are based on the 5,000 year old Hindu scripture Bhagavad Gita. All ISKCON temples around the world were built to spread the practice of Bhakti Yoga. The real name of Delhi’s ISKCON temple is Sri Radha Parthasarathy Temple, which was built under the organization in the year 1995 to spread the knowledge of Vedic culture.
Hare Ram Hare Krishna Mandir Timings
Hare Ram Hare Krishna Mandir opens from 4:30 AM to 12:00 Noon in the morning and from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM in the evening. Morning aarti is performed at 7:15 AM in the morning and evening aarti is performed at 7:00 PM in evening.
