Cases In India
India has so far experienced six fatalities caused by H3N2 virus. According to the Union Ministry of Health, seasonal influenza cases, including those caused by H3N2, should start to decrease by the end of March. In response to the increase in H3N2 cases, the government of Uttar Pradesh has also released an advisory and requested that young children and the elderly take measures.
