Hence, it is evident that Vivek Bindra did not receive an official Postal stamp in his name, rather he created one himself with the assistance of the ‘My Stamp’ service.
India Post’s ‘My Stamp‘ service allows individuals to customise their own sheets of Postage Stamps with a photo of their choice, logos from institutions, artwork, heritage sites, tourist spots, cities, wildlife and more. These customised stamps are printed on a template sheet to make a lasting impression.
The ‘My Stamp’ service allows any individual to have a personalised postage stamp printed with their photo for a fee of Rs. 300. Apart from this, the conditions and details associated with this can also be found in the ‘My Stamp’ section of the website. According to information,

We believe Dr. Bindra is Sensible enough
Therefore, Vivek Bindra should be mindful of the potential impact of the misinformation he may spread. Being a public figure, his words and actions can have a huge impact on his followers. He is well educated and these types of cheap tricks for for two minutes of momentary publicity do not suit him.
Mr. Bindra must realise his responsibility as a person who has large influence on public. These people having hold on social media as influencer to inspire people around must always ensure that he is providing accurate and reliable information and not mislead the public. Any person staying in India must abide by the law of land. They must never promote any action that sends a message of short cut formula among the mass. At the end, public influencers in particular must think twice before committing to any act that can mislead a large section of public.
