Long before the colonial atrocities started, Indian civilization used to partake in the positive practise of “Shastratha.” This practise suffered terrible hits after the emergence of various “isms.” In the smokescreen of these theologies and ‘cults,’- political, proselytizational, and material conquest were always the driving forces.
Pre and Post Independence, several canards and concocted stories were scripted. The main reason behind them was to impose an imaginary and despicable template on the Hindu believers. Through these falsehoods, they wanted to present the erstwhile Hindus as a “meek, tormented and yielder” community.
Obnoxious rationale to defend the indefensible barbarism of Islamic invaders
There is a long and non-exhaustive list of Mughal sympathizers, including NCERT framers and Marxist or Islamic apologists, distorians like Romila Thapar and Audrey Truschke, among others. Following Goebbels’ philosophy, they scripted fake history on an industrial scale.
One such deplorable fabrication of history was that they presented those bigoted Islamic invaders as “reformers and liberators.” For them, the horde of Islamic invaders were everything except oppressive Islamic bigots who demolished Hindu temples for religious conversion, ethnic cleansing, and looting.
Through these fairy tales and falsehoods, this Islamo-Marxist coterie of distorians, “academicians,” “intellectuals,” and their apologists provided cannon fodder to the Islamic bigots. Through these figments of imagination, the Islamists have trivialised, justified, and presented the horrific crimes of their self-anointed Mughal-Turkic-Gaznavid predecessors as “acts of kindness” and “reform.”
The continuum
Recently, Muslim cleric Maulana Sajid Rashidi, who is also President of the All India Imam Association, tried to use this very reprehensible logic to ignite communal tensions. He tried to provoke religious communities by hyphenating the current Muslim practitioners with the above-mentioned Islamic invaders and their unspeakable atrocities against the Hindu community.

While spewing venom against Somnath Mandir and Hindu believers, the notorious Islamic cleric Rashidi defended the dastardly acts of Ghaznavi and termed him the crusader against the wrongdoings happening in the erstwhile Somnath Mandir.
As per Rashidi’s retarded logic, Mahmood Ghaznavi didn’t attack or raze Somnath Mandir in Gujarat for loot and plunder; rather, he stopped the wrongdoings happening in Somnath Mandir.
How generous of them that these “saintly men” walked thousands of miles to put an end to “wrongdoings” in Somnath Mandir at a time when they could have put an end to age-old regressive practises and worked for the betterment of their homeland and the end hunger? These puke-worthy arguments speak volumes about the intellectual acumen of this Islamo-leftist coterie.

Additionally, Islamic cleric Rashidi claimed that the Mughals had nothing to do with religion. Notably, it should be eminently clear that this is not a part of their narrative war. Rather, it is a goalpost shifting tactics to widen their Overton window. Just like Chinese salami-slicing tactics, these Islamo-leftist lobbyists want to increase the amplitude of their falsehoods to ‘controversialise’ every issue on which they stand indefensible.
To understand this, here is an analogy. Let us equate the horrific crimes of Islamic invaders with a “black blot” on human history. Through needless brain farts like these, the Islamic apologists want to turn the abject black into grey, till a large section of the oppressed (Hindu) community starts to believe the story that the HINDU ELITES were the actual tormentor. It was for political reasons that those “white deeds of Messiahs” were presented as black by the administration of the day.
Through repeated falsehoods and doubling down on their figment of imagination, they want to rake the blatant crimes into the norm and reformist tradition so that, with any luck, they herald an administration sympathetic to their cause and can carry out those same Jihadi acts and materialise their falsehoods through Goebbels’ philosophy.
It is high time to see through these irrational theories. Rather than trying to do Shastratha or infuse logic into them, these distorians, Islamo-leftist coterie, and hardcore Islamists should be held accountable. They should be booked for playing with the sentiments of the Hindu community by planting one concocted story after another without facing any legal action for their past sins.
