His connections with Dawood Ibrahim are an open secret for the people of Bollywood. His movie Chori-Chori Chupke-Chupke is said to have been indirectly financed by the D-Company. The talks about his connection with Dawood got more credence when he openly came in defence of Yakub Menon, the 1993 bomb blast convict.
