It was unfortunate that Zubair and Pratik didn’t get the Nobel Peace Prize that they were NEVER nominated for

The humiliating cycle for leftist cabals doesn’t seem to end at all. Inflicted with a discriminatory mindset for ordinary hard-working Indians, the cabal considers themselves as some sought a superior race. But after 2014, it lost its illicit power grab. In desperation to prove themselves as “intellectuals”, they oppose everything that society does. But they have reduced themselves to a bunch of wannabes and nincompoops.

They don’t refrain from spreading fake news, and falsehoods and even spread narratives or ideologies that are inimical to the interest of India. The sheer desperation and fakery of the Islamo-leftist cabal was recently witnessed in the form of a theatre of absurdity named “Nobel Nominations”.

The facade is off

The Nobel Peace Prize 2022 winners were recently announced on the 7th of October. The 2022 Nobel Peace Prize was jointly awarded to Belarusian Human Rights advocate Ales Bialiatski, the Russian Human Rights organisation – ‘Memorial’ and the Ukrainian Human Rights organisation – ‘Centre for Civil Liberties’.

These Nobel Prize announcements busted the fake narrative that the leftists were yelling at the top of their voices. Earlier, in the run-up to the announcement of the actual winners, the leftist ecosystem peddled truckloads of bunkum. It carried forward a Public Relations con job that the notorious duo of alleged Fact-checkers Pratik Sinha and Mohammed Zubair were favourites to win the coveted Nobel Peace Prize.

It all started on the 4th of October when Time Magazine published an article listing 12 individuals or organisations that they considered favourites for winning this year’s Nobel Peace Prize. In the article titled – “Here Are the Favourites To Win the 2022 Nobel Peace Prize”, they floated the names of two Indians namely Md. Zubair and Pratik Sinha, the co-founders of the so-called fact-checking website ‘Alt News.’ Notably, the website has been time and again alleged to be spreading fake news at an industrial level.

As soon as Times Magazine carried the article, the Leftist ecosystem started to celebrate like there is no tomorrow. NDTV without doing basic research carried out the baseless report of Time Magazine.

Neutral Journalists jumped into the fray and celebrated to find mention of their colleague amid a heap of crap.

The baseless report had takers outside India as well and the part of “Ecosystem”, the notorious Indian American Muslim Council too started premature celebrations on the basis of Time’s baseless article.

Funny thing is that the alleged fact-checkers didn’t fact-check Time’s article. In a haste of self-glorification, they retweeted the baseless claim.

However, it was later found out that the article published in Time magazine was nothing but the biggest con job in the name of Nobel Prize probables and “favourites”. Just after basic research on the process and secrecy clause of Nobel Prizes nominations, the mask of this ecosystem was off.

Was there any base to the speculations?

In its basic investigation, Times Now found out the factual basis on which Time Magazine had made such a tall claim. It wrote to the Norwegian Nobel Committee which categorically denied that there was any shortlist of the contenders for the Nobel Prize.

The Nobel Committee categorically stated in a written response that it does not announce the names of nominees either to the media or to the candidates themselves. Moreover, the Committee does not disclose such nomination-related data for a period of 50 years, no less.

This is also written on its website. The website highlights the procedure and rules around nominations. It states that any person meeting the basic nomination criteria can nominate a person or an organisation for the prestigious award. Further, it doesn’t require a person to submit a letter of invitation for doing the same. The names of the nominees and other details of nominations cannot be revealed until 50 years.

It is pertinent to note that, as per Nobel Committee the prize is awarded to people “who have conferred the greatest benefit to humankind.” Even on that counter, the alleged duo of fact-checkers has a dark history of peddling fake news and inciting violence. The demonic role of adulteration and twisting by the duo was visible in the form of hatred around the Nupur Sharma episode.

But do you know what Times stated in its baseless article rushing to honour the duo with the Nobel Prize? Apparently, the Times credited the alleged fact-checking duo for “battling misinformation in India”. The publication stressed that the duo is foiling attempts of hatred where the “Hindu” nationalist BJP has been accused of frequently stoking discrimination against “Muslims”.

The basis of the claim made in Time Magazine is completely shallow. It is funnier than assuming the Canada Cricket team will beat the Indian Cricket team on the basis of favourable outcomes in book cricket. Evidently, the Times published the lists of favourites on the basis of speculations, guesses and sources of three different organisations. It made the list on the following three bases.

  1. Nominations that were made public via Norwegian lawmakers.
  2. Predictions from bookmakers.
  3. Picks from the Peace Research Institute Oslo.

Ironically, all three organisations never mentioned the duo explicitly as favourites to win the Nobel Peace Prize. Only the PRIO, gave a passing mention of the two in a paragraph claiming Harsh Mandar as its favourite pick for the Nobel Peace Prize. The mention of the notorious duo of Alt news aptly fits with Harsh Mandar as the saying goes – ‘Birds of a feather flock together’. Mandar too has been notorious for playing a major role in framing the highly reprehensible draft of the Communal Violence Bill during the UPA era.

Following the footsteps of Goebbels

Even when the fakery of the Time’s claim was called off, the duo followed the strategy of Nazi propagandist Joseph Goebbels. They still carried on the act of “Nobel Nominations”. Post announcements, they tried to present a picture as if they had indeed been nominated for the Nobel Prize and lost the award by a whisker.

This theatre of absurdity and lunacy reminds the episode of fake news around NDTV journalist Nidhi Razdan getting a professor post at Harvard University. Even in that case, the leftist tried to carry the act and dubbed the fakery as a victim of a ‘phishing attack’. The cabal should realise that Goebbels of the world would never be able to defeat truth as in the end, it is always the truth that has the last laugh. The ecosystem can carry on with its imaginary script and keep believing that they were in the race for the Nobel Peace Prize.
