You must have heard of Arfa Khannum Sherwani. You must have heard of Rana Ayyub. How can we forget to mention Barkha Dutt? What are these so-called journalists popular for? Their anti-Hindu propaganda needs no introduction. India Today, the popular media portal, seems to have been influenced by these liberal journalists and thus, is hell-bent on peddling anti-Hindu agenda day and night.
India Today’s hate against Karthikeya 2
Karthikeya 2 was released in theatres on Saturday, August 13. Starring Nikhil Siddhartha, the Telugu mythological drama has managed to attract a massive audience in the theatres. Several celebrities including Anupam Kher, Anupama Parameshwaran and Sreenivasa Reddy have also showered praises on Nikhil’s performance in the mystery-based thriller.
While the cinemagoers are going gaga over the Karthikeya 2 movie, India Today couldn’t hide its hate against the movie’s plot as it is based on Bhagwan Shri Krishna. It published a review for the movie which, in fact, appeared more as a personal frustration in the name of review. The review or I would call it, rant, went on to make false claims like that the movie glorifies Shri Krishna or the entire film revolves around Hindu references.

However, the most disgusting thing about the review was its title Karthikeya 2 Movie Review: #NikhilSidharth’s film has too much Sri Krishna’s references, but where’s the story?
India Today faces the wrath of the public
Soon after the tweet caught the attention of the public, it started receiving flak from the netizens. The title was offensive to a limit that people came out with all the guns blazing on the reviewer. One Twitter user Arnav Raj took to Twitter to knock India Today down and tweeted, “Grace Cyril A Rice Bag Christian: She Wants Us Skip Movie #Karthikeya2 Because It Has Too Much Bhagwan Shri Krishna References Another Anti Hindu B!got Who Infiltrated @IndiaToday & Works as Senior Sub-Editor Spreads Propaganda Appreciating Bharat Culture & Roots Problem to Her.”

People also thrashed India Today for asking people not to watch the Karthikeya 2 only because there is a reference of ‘Shri Krishna’ in the movie.

India Today was given a lesson of its life and thus, was forced to change the title of the published review. It replaced the title with “Karthikeya 2 Movie Review:The plot gets lost searching for Sri Krishna’s anklet in this Nikhil Siddharth film.”
An imprudent India Today changed the title but forgot to remove the keywords from its slug. Limits of stupidity but this is India Today for you. It, under the garb of review, runs anti-Hindu propaganda, leave alone respecting other religions’ beliefs. It is high time India Today takes the lesson from this controversy or it’ll end up losing its credibility like NDTV.
