Binu at Khan Global maintained consistent growth despite the global economic downturn. He was particularly fond of developing cutting-edge architectural visualization tools including 3D walkthrough videos. The following ten years were spent at Khan Global, where he held positions as team leader, assistant manager, and executive director of Fluid CGI, a digital studio he co-founded in 2014.

Biju Pappu, Binu Pappu’s older brother, is a businessman who lives in Calicut. Bindu is his sister. Ashita Alex, his wife, is an architect. The couple wed in 2013 after meeting in 2008. They have made Bengaluru their home.
He enrolled in Presentation Higher Secondary School in Calicut. Later, he attended Shri Gujarathi Vidyalaya Higher Secondary School for his high school education.
He completed his pre-degree studies at Malabar Christian College before temporarily pursuing a BA in History at Guruvayurappan College in Zamorin. On a scholarship, Binu enrolled in BA Animation at Maya Academy of Advanced Cinematics in 2004.
