When Anil-Babu was looking for a heroine for his love story Ingane Oru Nilapakshi, Fazil Nazeem suggested Sneha to him (2000). Sneha was portrayed in the movie as a would-be dancer, and she appeared in seven classical tunes.
Susi Ganeshan hired her in 2000 for his feature film debut, Virumbugiren, which was long delayed and led to Ennavale, starring Madhavan, becoming her first Tamil release. She received numerous awards for her superb performance.

She co-starred with Sivakarthikeyan and Nayanthara in the Mohan Raja-directed film Velaikkaran. Alongside Raadhika, she served as a judge on the Tamil reality TV program Dance Jodi Dance.

Sneha was raised in Dubai after being born Suhasini Rajaram Naidu on October 12, 1981, into a Telugu household in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
In Achchamundu, Sneha and Prasanna were paired together for the first time. Achchamundu! (2009). Since then, their connection has been the subject of countless media stories. Prasanna was seen in all of her fashion displays, and the two of them were seen together in movie trailers. Although they both categorically denied it, Prasanna later said they will marry, and on May 11, 2012, they were wed in Chennai.
She and her spouse are residents of Chennai. The couple has a son and a daughter as children.
