The kids of the Gen-Z are living a lifestyle with no schedule, no body clock and no zeal for good academic grades. The entire generation is deprived of the concept of a way of living life, and all they know is eating, roaming around and discoing. The Congress party is surviving in the same manner as the Gen-Z.
Congress has no plans to contest the Lok-Sabha bypolls
Lok- Sabha seats of Azamgarh and Rampur have been vacated after Samajwadi Party giants Azam Khan and Akhilesh Yadav resigned from the lower house to strengthen their hold in the state assembly. This ended up freeing the Samajwadi Party bastions up for grab.
The Bhartiya Janata Party is leaving no stone unturned in making inroads into the Samajwadi strongholds. The party has fielded Dinesh Lal Yadav Nirahua and former SP MLC Ghanshyam Lodhi from the seats of Azamgarh and Rampur respectively.

While the grand party that claimed to have the potential to contest the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections on their own, has now decided to not field candidates in the upcoming Lok sabha bypolls. The Indian National Congress has cited its poor performance in the assembly elections this year as the reason for not contesting the RS polls this time.
The party has announced that it is working on reconstruction, as it is crucial in order to contest the 2024 Lok Sabha polls strongly.
Congress’ dilapidated state
Congress has received a drubbing in the five assembly elections concluded recently. While the party lost incumbent states like Punjab, it failed to make a mark in the states it once had a strong hold like Uttarakhand and Goa.
While the state of Uttar Pradesh and the way Congress fought it, is a case-study in itself. The grand old party after multiple failed launches of Gandhi dynast Rahul Gandhi, this time attempted an unsuccessful launch of another Gandhi turned Vadra, the daughter of the Gandhi clan, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra.

After creating hype in the media through some unsolicited tours of the state, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra announced that the party will contest the UP state assembly elections on all the seats independently. However, the party did not field candidates against the family members of the Yadav family.
Under the leadership of Priyanka Gandhi, the party failed miserably and the drubbing was blamed on the incharges of the state. The state heads were forced to resign by the party high command. During this, the Congress UP Chief Ajay Kumar Lallu also resigned. From then, till date no state chief has been appointed by the party and the negligible cadre is roaming chief-free, in the lack of direction not knowing how to proceed in the politically dynamic state of Uttar Pradesh. Several leaders of the party have already highlighted the lack of leadership in the state unit of Uttar Pradesh.
The Congress party is like a mole and it has a habit of coming out in the night, by night here I mean at the time of elections. For the rest of the time in the year the party, especially its high command has a habit of clubbing.
