Arunabh Kumar is an Indian web series director and the founder of The Viral Fever, an online entertainment source dedicated to entertainingly portraying social topics. He was born on born November 26, 1982, in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, India.
Career
Arunabh Kumar grew up in the Bihar town of Muzaffarpur. He joined Shah Rukh Khan’s production business Red Chillies Entertainment as an assistant under Farah Khan after completing his B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur. He worked on the film Om Shanti Om as an assistant director.
TVF and controversies

Arunabh Kumar and his team of challengers launched TVF in 2015, ushering in a new era of ‘never seen before’ internet entertainment or web series genre in India. Permanent Roommates, Pitchers, and Tripling, among other series, piqued the interest of new-gen audiences like no other.
On the basis of a third-party allegation lodged by a Mumbai-based lawyer, an FIR was launched against Kumar on March 17, 2017. After a woman submitted a police complaint in Mumbai on March 29, 2017, he was arrested for molestation. A second FIR was filed against him after that, and his whereabouts were unknown.
Kumar resigned as TVF CEO on June 16, 2017, after being charged with various sexual harassment charges. He was succeeded by Dhawal Gusain.
A former TVF employee, writing under the pen name The Indian Fowler, published a blog post on Medium accusing Kumar of sexual harassment. The blog went viral, and a slew of other women came forward to say they’d had similar encounters with Kumar.

New Venture
He is now working on his new business, “Indusverse Comic Books.” He is the founder and CEO of Indusverse Comic Books, India’s First Binge Read Graphic Novel.
Indusverse is selling a bundle (Indusverse Year Zero) that comprises three comic books: #The Beginning, Stunt, and Outrage. All three books feature a youthful protagonist grappling with issues that millennials experience today.
