Milind Soman Personal life
Soman was born in a Maharashtrian household on November 4, 1965 in Glasgow, Scotland. His family relocated to England when he was seven years old, and then returned to Mumbai, India in 1973. Age of Milind Soman is 56 but due to his fitness he looks like between 30 to 35 years old and in a recent interview he gave credit to Yoga and exercise for his fitness. He is a fitness icon of India.
Milind Soman has three sisters Medha Soman, Anupama Soman and Netra Soman. Milind posted some pictures of Rakhi on Instagram this year and wrote “Rakshabandhan is the only festival we celebrate in our family, renewing our vows to be there for each other, no matter what.” The happy pictures that he posted reminded us of the importance of family and sisters.
Education
He went to Bombay’s Dr. Antonio Da Silva High School and the Jr. College of Commerce. He went on to get his Diploma in Electrical Engineering after that.
Married life
On the shooting of their 2006 film Valley of Flowers, Milind Soman met Mylene Jampanoi, a French actress. In July 2006, the pair married at a resort in Goa. Soman and Jampanoi divorced in 2009 after splitting up in 2008.
Soman married Ankita Konwar in Alibaug on April 22, 2018.
Career
Milind Soman appeared in Alisha Chinai’s music video Made in India in 1995. In the same year, he made his television acting debut in A Mouthful of Sky. Later, he appeared in the Indian science fiction television series Captain Vyom and in the television series Sea Hawks. 68, Pachaikili Muthucharam, Paiyaa, Agni Varsha, and Rules: Pyaar Ka Superhit Formula are among the films in which Soman has appeared.
He made cameo appearances in Bhram, Say Salaam India, and Bheja Fry in 2007. He appeared in Sachin Kundalkar’s Marathi film Gandha in 2009. He has also appeared in films and television programmes in both English and foreign languages, including Valley of Flowers and The Flag.
He played Saladin, the legendary 12th-century Kurdish leader of the Arabs and Muslims, in the Swedish film Arn – The Knight Templar. He also appeared in the 2016 Hindi film Bajirao Mastani in a supporting role. Milind Soman has also produced the Hindi film Rules: Pyaar Ka Superhit Formula (2003) and the Ghost Bana Dost children’s television series.
He was a contestant in the reality TV show Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi in 2010. (season 3). He also played Dr. Aamir Warsi in the Amazon Prime series “Four more shots please.” He’ll also star alongside Annu Kapoor, Shilpa Shinde, Shaheer Sheikh, and Flora Saini in the online series ‘Paurashpur.’

Sports
Milind began swimming at the age of six. He began representing Maharashtra at the age of ten in various age categories before progressing to senior level representation. Milind Soman earned a Silver medal in swimming for India at the first South Asian Games (then known as South Asian Federation Games) in Kathmandu in 1984. Milind finished the Ironman challenge in 15 hours and 19 minutes on his first attempt in 2015.
