Her father is Radha Krishna Chandrabhatla and mother is Sri Jhansi. She has an older sister of Mounima Bhatla, Mounima is an Indian film Singer, who has worked predominantly in Telugu movie industry. Mounima has worked in popular movies like Savyasachi, Baahubali- The Conclusion. Mounima’s previous film to hit the theaters was Savyasachi in the year 2018.

Education
She studied Commerce at Little Flower Junior College, an Intermediate education college in Hyderabad, India. It was founded by the St. Gabriel Montfort Brothers. It began as a part of Little Flower High School in July 1974 and moved to its own site in Uppal in July 1982.
Damini first learned the fundamentals of Carnatic music from Smt. Akunda Satyavathi in Kakinada.
They then relocated from Rajahmundry to Hyderabad. Sri DV Mohan Krishna was her first teacher, and she later moved on to Sri NC Murthy for Carnatic courses.
