Manpreet Singh, a 20-year old gamer from Punjab, has broken down and has issued an apology for a GTA gaming video in which he had ‘brutally attacked PM Modi’. In a three minute video, Singh has been seen claiming that his game video was just a ‘joke’ and people took it seriously.
Govt or whoever working on this case make sure, Just sorry is not enough for what he was doing in his YouTube video. We have to set an example for future.. pic.twitter.com/7S2ezB19Dw

The gaming video that generated controversy
Manpreet Singh, a famous gamer has 300,000 followers on his YouTube channel. He often uploads streaming videos related to GTA5, Valorant and Farmer Simulator. He narrates the controversy in the Punjabi language.
In the now-deleted video that triggered controversy, Manpreet Singh narrated what was going to happen. Singh said, “The Police that is providing security to Modi would work with us today. He thinks the Police would protect him, but he is wrong.”
The video then shows fellow protesters blocking the road from which the Prime Minister’s car would leave. The narrator said that he was planning to block PM Modi’s way and ‘teach him a lesson.’
The video showed the character of PM Modi being beaten up
The video also showed PM Modi driving away in the car. But he is pursued and his vehicle is then shown going off-road, before being pulled back to the place of protest.
The video shows Singh’s character breaking the glass of the animated car carrying PM Modi’s character. Singh’s character then says, “Let him come out. I will teach him a lesson with this.”
Singh’s character who was wearing a turban is also shown chasing down PM Modi’s character and hitting him multiple times with a baseball bat. PM Modi’s character is finally shown falling down on the road, soaked in blood.
In a now-deleted video, Manpreet Singh was found checking social media posts and laughed at how the gaming video was going viral on social media. He had also said, “It was a game”. The gamer added, “Bloody Modi Bhakts have come”.
Gamer apologise hysterically over controversial video
In a three minute video, Manpreet Singh apologized for the controversial video uploaded earlier. He has said that he has now understood that making the controversial video was a mistake.
In a Punjabi statement, Singh said, “A clip from a 4-month video is being circulated on social media. Because of that video, my family and I are getting death threats. People are messaging and calling me on social media, abusing and threatening me. I know I committed a mistake.”

He also claimed that after the video became viral, he made it private and also posted an apology on Instagram. Singh said, “But after that, I am facing a lot of hate. People are connecting a character of a gaming video to real life. I would like to tell you that it was a gaming video. I understand it was a mistake.”
The gamer also said, “It was my foolishness to create such a video, and I am suffering because of that. I am ready to face the punishment, but it was made for entertainment only. It was a joke. I was not aware people would take it seriously. It was an old video, and it is not right to connect it to the current scenario. I have removed the video.”
The 20-year old gamer said that the internet users were exaggerating the content of the video and he just wanted to make the video humorous. “I apologize, and I am ready to face the consequences,” Singh added.
But what was really funny about the video? It was disgusting to be precise. The gamer probably wanted to make a political statement and spew hate for grabbing attention. But when it came into the limelight and he was called out, the gamer has simply broken down.
The key point to be noted is that the game is eerily set up in a similar scenario, as PM Modi’s security lapse episode in Punjab. Even though the gamer has claimed that the streaming was just for entertainment purposes, but it does expose the dark and twisted mentality that lurks behind the thought of exposing our country to anarchy.
So is the government really serious about taking action, for him to be so worried ? The track record of Modi government so far is super soft, plus our SC Milords have also jumped in to deflect attention 😒😏
All people want to be Anti Modi and Anti National. When cornered they play victim. Why not made with Rahul or Sonia. All are paid to do that.
Modi is like an elephant that doesn’t even bother to look at barking dogs, forget about responding to them or taking action. But he has responded to Pakistan, China’s terrorist tactics at the border which is a clear indication that he is not soft. Army has never got such free hand in Kashmir to go after the terrorists, naxalism is at all time low and many of their leaders have died in the battlefield or rot in jail. Those on YouTube and NDTV, The Print, Scroll, The Quint, Caravan, who have constantly peddled lies to their followers, are not even worth the thought to be responded back because it can improve their value and importante. It’s people, social media, supporters who are directly defending Modi and taking these craps head on. So, Modi is a clear winner when he stays silent in matters of personal attacks against him. Try attacking India and you will get a full throttle response from him, army, air force, navy.
