IPS Ankita Sharma has been holding sessions for UPSC aspirants every Sunday, despite the police station’s meager resources and rented chairs. Currently, 150 students are enrolled in the classes, with 40-50 students attending on a regular basis.

Struggle of IPS Ankita Sharma
Behind every successful person is a passionate mind and soul. Ms. Ankita is the person who, having become an officer, leaves no stone unturned in order to promote even the young.
When Ankita finished graduate school, instead of joining any company, she began to pursue her childhood dream of becoming an IPS. According to several interviews with Sharma, she always wanted to become an official of the IPS, but she did not have the right leadership or knowledge of the required subjects.
Faced with her own struggles while preparing for the exam, she says the note she wrote was based on personal experience. In her letter, she asked applicants not to be disappointed in their failures, since there is no one who would achieve success without falling. She adds that she was very confident in what she wanted and knew that working on it was the only way forward.

During her life with her husband, she had to live in cities such as Jammu and Kashmir, Hyderabad, Jhansi and twice failed the UPSC exam, but did not give up and passed the exam in the third attempt. She stayed at the institution for 6 months preparing for the UPSC exam and then returned home to prepare. This indestructible and incredible woman is the Official First Lady to become an IPS in Chhattisgarh.
Following her training, Ankita Sharma became the first female IPS officer in Chhattisgarh to return home. The government-appointed IPS Ankita Sharma is the ACP of the Naxal Bastar Affected District. IPS Ankita Sharma was born in the Durg Chhattisgarh area on April 25, 1992. In an interview, Ankita claimed to be married while preparing for UPSC.
