In the aftermath of the Bulli Deals controversy, the netizens, especially the Hindu women have come out with reports suggesting that they have been targeted and preyed upon in a similar manner as well. Taking their concerns seriously, Union IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw has swung into action and brought down the sledgehammer.
A popular netizen named Anshul Saxena took to Twitter to share a detailed thread of links to different social media groups and individuals who had been sexualising Hindu women with their perverted fantasies.
In one of his tweets, he also mentioned a telegram channel named ‘Hindu Ran*yan’ that was using images of Hindu women with derogatory, sexually explicit references for harassment and abuse.
Tagging Mumbai Police with the link of the channel, Saxena tweeted, “Dear @MumbaiPolice There is a channel in Telegram named ‘Hindu R****an’. Link: https://t.me/HinduRandiyan This channel is targeting Hindu women, sharing the photos & abusing them. This Channel was created on June 2021. Kindly act against the culprits who are behind this channel.”

Bulli Bai is the successor of ‘Sulli Bai’ that made the headlines last year. The Mumbai Police on Tuesday arrested a 21-year-old man named Vishal Jha and an 18-year-old girl named Shweta for developing the former app. However, no arrest has been made so far regarding the countless groups and channels doxing the Hindu women.
