Sukesh Chandrashekhar is currently lodged in Delhi’s Tihar jail for his involvement in a Rs 200 crore extortion case. When he was lodged at Delhi’s Rohini jail as an undertrial, Sukesh allegedly extorted Rs 200 crore from Malvinder Mohan Singh’s wife over a period of one year. He is lodged in Tihar for the same case and has 15 FIRs registered against him.
Sukesh’s Bollywood Connection:
Sukesh Chandrashekhar is no small fish. In his net, allegedly, are stars like Jacqueline Fernandez and Nora Fatehi. As for Jacqueline Fernandez and Nora Fatehi, Sukesh Chandrasekhar is rumoured to be dating the former. His lawyer has said as much, although the actor has denied the claim. However, the ED seems to have established that Chandrasekhar gifted both Jacqueline Fernandez and Nora Fatehi expensive cars and watches.
The Enforcement Directorate has been squaring in on these Bollywood celebrities, whose names had cropped up during the course of the investigation.

In a recent development, the case has taken several new twists and turns as a few more Bollywood celebrities have been roped in the list. Sukesh was in touch with several Bollywood personalities, as he told ED. According to a Hindustan Times report, the conman has named many Bollywood personalities and now ED officials will interrogate if these names were the victim or shared any connection with Sukesh. He told that he knew Shradhha Kapoor since 2015 and even helped her in an NCB case. Additionally, he also claimed that he was planning to co-produce his next movie ‘Captain India’ starring Kartik Aryan.
Along with Shraddha and Kartik Aryan, he has also named Shilpa Shetty. He reportedly told that he contacted Shilpa for Raj Kundra’s conditional release when the latter was in jail in connection with a porn racket case.
Pinky Irani, Sukesh’s aide was recently arrested and she disclosed that Sukesh had paid her a lot of money to get introduced to Jacqueline.
Sukesh is a 32-year-old conman who is the prime accused in India’s biggest extortion case. He used to call people using a spoofing app, impersonating government officials. In the past one year, he extorted ₹200 crores while he was in jail by posing as a senior officer of the Law Ministry and also from the Home Ministry. Now, Bollywood’s big names being revealed in the case have proved that he is a master at his criminal job.
