Anuradha Bali was former Assistant Advocate General in Haryana Government and wife of former deputy chief minister of Haryana Chander Mohan. She was born in Chandigarh. Her father was a Military engineering Service employee.
Anuradha Bali in the spotlight
She hit the media spotlight in December 2008 when she married then Deputy Chief Minister Haryana Chander Mohan, the son of former Chief Minister Bhajan Lal.
Conversion to Islam and reason
Chander Mohan was forced to resign as deputy Chief Minister and also disowned by his father, Bhajan Lal. Because Anuradha Bali and Chander Mohan converted to Islam to marry despite being Hindu. As Chander’s wife was not giving divorce and it was the only legal way to marry for the second time.

How Anuradha Mali met Mohan
After B S Hooda took over as Chief Minister of Haryana, she served as Assistant Advocate General in the Haryana government. Anuradha Bali came in contact with Chander Mohan. After converting to Islam Anuradha took the name Fiza and Mohan became Chand Mohhammad.
Divorce with Mohan
The relationship with Mohan aka Mohammad did not last long and they divorced in 2009. The shock was unbearable to Anuradha and even tried to kill herself. But she lived and was found dead at her house in 2012. Anuradha Bali also accused Mohan of raping her and campaigned against B S Hodda in election in the year 2009.
Apparently she was going through depression as her neighbors complained of her many times for unnecessarily fighting with them.

Mystery of Anuradha Bali death
Her death was mysterious and she haven’t left suicide note. Anuradha’s body was found in a bedroom on the first floor and decomposition began. Family and friends who made it to his home on the outskirts of Chandigarh told reporters that he had not answered phone calls for more than four days.
The police seized Rs 1 crore in cash and jewelry from home of Anuradha Bali, with notes in denominations of 1000 and 500 rupees. Along with some cd’s kept in a safe.
Despite the fact that the authorities were unable to determine the cause of her death. Due to the lack of evidence of a scuffle, the authorities believe Fiza died of natural causes.
