Ahead of Aryan Khan’s bail on Saturday (October 30), Mannat– Shahrukh’s home is all decked up with shimmery lights and media personnel standing guard to catch a glimpse of the ‘gharwapasi’ of a drug accused who just spent 24 days in prison.
While Shahrukh fans and his legion of useful idiots masquerading as journalists are having a jolly good time rejoicing the bail, a closer look at the 14 conditions set by the Bombay High Court, while granting bail to Aryan Khan and his two accomplices in Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha is enough to understand that all is not hunky-dory and that Aryan is walking a tight rope, even when out.
Reportedly, in the 5-page operative order passed on Friday, it stated that Aryan should not try to contact any one of his accomplices or try to indulge in a similar act, “Applicants/Accused shall not indulge in any activity similar to the activities on the basis of which the said complaint stands registered against them for offences under the NDPS Act,”
No communication with co-accused and take permission to go out of the state/country
The directive added, “Applicants shall not try to establish communication with co-accused or any other person involved directly or indirectly in similar activities or make any call to any person indulging in similar activities as alleged against them, through any mode of communication,”
Moreover, Aryan cannot leave the country or Greater Mumbai without receiving prior permission from a Special Judge, “Applicants shall not leave the country without prior permission from the Special Judge for NDPS at Greater Mumbai. If the applicants have to go out of Greater Mumbai, they shall inform the Investigating officer; and shall give their itinerary to the Investigating Officer,”
Surrender passport and attend NCB office weekly
The court has advised that the accused will have to surrender the passport immediately if they are found tampering with evidence, “Applicants neither personally or through anyone make any attempt to influence witnesses nor tamper with the evidence. Applicants/Accused shall surrender their passport before the Special Court immediately.”
Like a convict, Aryan and his ilk have to attend the office of the Narcotics Control Bureau every Friday between 11 am and 2 pm to mark their presence.
Moreover, Aryan Khan is required to attend court on all dates in person and he should join the investigation as and when called upon to do so before NCB authorities.

Bail can be cancelled if any condition violated: Bombay High Court
Most importantly, the court specified that even if one condition is violated, NCB would be entitled to apply to the special court for cancellation of bail. “Once the trial begins, the applicants shall not in any manner try to delay the trial. If the accused violate any of these terms, NCB shall be entitled to straightaway apply to the Special Court for cancellation of their bail,”
Lower court had denied the bail
Reported extensively by TFI, Aryan was arrested on October 3, of the luxury Cordelia cruise ship. Initially sent to police remand, Aryan’s bail plea was denied by the lower NDPS court in Mumbai. After which, Aryan and his accomplices had moved to the High Court.
Despite NCB and its Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede becoming the collective target of the left-liberal brigade for doing their duty, it is pertinent to point out that it took Shahrukh an entire team of lawyers led by the former attorney general of India Mukul Rohtagi to secure bail. Right, a bail, which is no proof of Aryan’s innocence. He has simply been allowed to go free while the NCB conducts its investigation further.

Media made it a Hindu-Muslim issue
Soon after Aryan was arrested, the leftist media along with the opposition, began crying their noses off to play the Muslim victim card. To defend Aryan Khan, they stooped to a newer low, when they argued that Aryan was denied bail on the grounds of him being the son of Shah Rukh, who was labelled as a Muslim Superstar instead of an artist. The likes of Arfa’s and Ayyub’s made it a Hindu-Muslim issue somehow.
Fiction writer at propaganda portal, Arfa Khanum Sherwani took to Twitter to spew her foolishness and wrote, “Aryan Khan case has nothing to do with him consuming drugs but a clear targeting of Shah Rukh. Aryan’s basic right of securing bail is being denied in a free country. SRK is undoubtedly the biggest Muslim superstar of our times. ‘Process as punishment’ is a message to him to fall in line.”

Interestingly, PDP (Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party) chief Mehbooba Mufti somehow used this case as an opportunity to slam the government. She tweeted, “Instead of taking action against Union Minister of State Ajay Misra’s son, Ashish, who is accused of mowing down farmers in UP’s Lakhimpur Kheri, central agencies are after Aryan Khan.”

If the bail conditions are anything to go by, it appears that Aryan has been given home imprisonment with the sword of the NDPS Act perilously dangling over his head.

Judiciary is biased and only favoring elite people. This proves Money and power talks. Instead of sending the accused to the rehab center, bail is granted. Shameful event to see the accuser’s bail is celebrated by yellow media, sold lawyers, some corrupt elected leaders and Bollywood film fraternity.
