Pakistan is being humiliated from all sides but its supreme leader, instead of building up the country from within, is busy cribbing in front of journalists, internationally. Recently, Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan Niazi not only expressed his support for the Taliban, but also cried his nose off about India’s air strike on Pakistan for the latter’s involvement in the Pulwama attacks. In a nutshell, the whole interview portrayed Pakistan’s misery against India’s might.
“Taliban is the best bet to take on ISIS”- Imran Khan
Pakistan PM Imran Khan Niazi, while expressing his support for Taliban (in a really hilarious interview to London based Middle East Eye), asserted that Taliban is the best bet to take on ISIS. However, with this statement, Imran Khan depicted himself as a true Talibani supporter. He also urged the West to open themselves up to the terrorist organization.
Imran Khan said, “Afghanistan has suffered tremendously at the hands of the 20-year war and isolating it at this crucial time will descend the country back into chaos. Once that happens, Afghanistan will become a breeding ground for terrorist organisations such as ISIS. Taliban are the best bet to take on Daesh.”
Talking about Pakistan’s opinion of the US withdrawal, the Prime Minister said that “we were expecting a blood bath in the neighbouring country”, but thankfully that didn’t happen.
Imran admitted that India bombed Pakistan
Imran Khan, during the interview, also finally admitted how India beat the daylights out of the terrorists not once, but twice. While spitting out the garbage from his mouth, he who once claimed that there were no casualties and attacks in Pakistan from India, admitted that it was indeed the Indian forces who had bombed Pakistan. He asserted that Pakistan continued to ask India for evidence of Pakistan’s involvement in the Pulwama attacks, but ‘they bombed us instead’.

Forlorn Pakistan left empty handed
Moving further, the Pakistani Primer Minister also depicted the misery of Pakistan on the grounds of cricket. The former cricket captain Imran claimed that the world cricket is under India’s control. He quoted, “Money is a big player now. For the players, as well as for the cricket boards. The money lies in India, so basically, India controls world cricket now. I mean, they do, whatever they say goes. No one would dare do that to India because they know that the sums involved, India can sort of produce much more money.”

He further added, “England let itself down. I think that there is still this feeling in England that they do a great favour to play with countries like Pakistan. One of the reasons is that, obviously, the money.”
However, the statements from Pakistan PM came days after England and New Zealand cricket teams decided to cancel their tour to Pakistan citing security issues.
Pakistan’s failed attempts to talk with Biden
When asked about the terms with US President Joe Biden, PM Imran Khan added that he has not yet talked to US President Joe Biden. He stated, “Our security chiefs have spoken. Our foreign minister has been in touch with the US foreign secretary. But no, we haven’t spoken, but we are in touch.”
However, TFI had earlier reported that Pakistan has deployed its diplomatic might just to get Joe Biden to have a phone call with Imran Khan, but they are being hilariously ignored. This is because the US has realized that Pakistan was backstabbing them to help Taliban for their re-emergence in Pakistan and was playing both ways. A former US national security advisor during the Trump administration has warned legislators against providing any new aid to Pakistan, claiming that Pakistan has “had it both ways” for far too long.
When Imran Khan cried about rejection from the US
Earlier reported by TFI, the Pakistani PM had remarked that the US sees Pakistan as “useful” only for clearing the “mess” it has left behind in Afghanistan after 20 years of fighting and prefers India when it comes to forming a “strategic partnership”.
US President Joe Biden hasn’t spoken to Imran Khan, ever since he stepped foot in the White House in January. The cold shoulder has left Imran seething and at the same time, miserable. Khan said that since the US decided to have a “strategic partnership” with India, Washington was treating Pakistan differently.
In addition to that, Taliban had also launched attack on Pakistan despite the fact that Pakistan was one of the few countries which had provided legitimacy to the Taliban government during 1996-2001.

Taliban commander and member of the Taliban’s social media, General Mobeen Khan had reprimanded Imran Khan and advised him to stay away from internal matters of Afghanistan. He also called Imran Khan a puppet and raised questions about the legitimacy of his prime ministerial post.
All the above statements and instances clearly indicate that Pakistan is neither required by the Taliban nor the US. The Frankenstein monster that Pakistan created seems ready to engulf them. Thus, it can be assumed that Pakistan’s Prime Minister is left empty handed and out of frustration, he has begun blabbering with no concrete facts.
