Seasoned Naxal and prominent anti-India voice, Stan Swamy, died in the most natural way

Member of banned terrorist outfit CPI (Maoist) and a UAPA accused Stan Swamy, died at the ripe age of 84, at a Mumbai hospital on Monday due to cardiac arrest. However, the natural death of Swamy (colloquially referred to as an ‘Urban Naxal’), infamous for his anti-India credentials, has riled up the left-liberal cabal like wildfire.

The poster boys of the anti-India brigade, with clockwork accuracy, have started painting Swamy as a martyr who fell prey to the injustices of the government, all whilst conveniently ignoring his illustrious history of Maoist activities. Such heart-warming solidarity for an alleged terrorist is indeed laudable, especially when the outfits he supported had killed hundreds of Indian forces and an even larger numbers of civilians, in the last few years.

Elgar Parishad – Bhima Koregaon violence

Swamy was accused of harbouring Maoist ambitions and advancing the cause of Maoists throughout the country with his notable contribution coming in the Elgar Parishad-Bhima Koregaon violence case of 2017. After the violent activities of January 1 (2018), an FIR was registered and investigations revealed that Maoists were in contact with organizers of Elgar Parishad ‘to spread the ideology of Maoism/Naxalism and encourage unlawful activities’.

After a rigorous 2 year investigation by the Pune Police, the case was transferred to the National Investigation Agency (NIA). According to NIA’s findings, it was revealed that Stan Swamy was a key conspirator in the case which witnessed violence, stone-pelting, and arson at Shaniwar Wada in Pune.

Hatched a conspiracy to overthrow government – Court

While the lobby cries that the government denied him the bail, a cursory look at the judgement of the special NIA court is enough to cast away any doubts regarding the innocence of Swamy.

The Court, while denying the bail, held the view that prima facie Swamy had hatched a ‘serious conspiracy’ with members of a banned Maoist organisation to create unrest in the country and to overthrow the government.

“Prima facie it can be gathered that the applicant along with other members of the banned organisation hatched a serious conspiracy to create unrest in the entire country and to overpower the Government, politically and by using muscle power,” judge Kothalikar said in his order.

The court, while referring to the Rs 8 lakh funding that Swamy received from one comrade Mohan and based on other material received, remarked, “The material placed on record thus prima facie denote that the applicant was not only the member of banned organisation CPI (Maoist) but he was carrying out activities further in the objective of the organisation which is nothing but to overthrow the democracy of the nation,”

Developing Maoist forces in Dalit and Muslim areas

Swamy’s ‘revolutionary’ and what liberal media will term as ‘Pro-India thinking’ could be ascertained from a little snippet of his letter that was accessed by the NIA during the investigation.

“The front has to come up at village level, small town and cities, neighbourhood level in urban areas with militant sections of people being organised. In order to develop the process…from very beginning we should bring together most Dalit and Muslim forces that are already taking shape in some parts of country…They want to take training by going into revolutionary armed struggle areas.”

Physical ailments, the reason for imparting bails?

It has been a trend in the liberal lobby to protect their ‘kin’ by using their ‘apparent’ deteriorating physical health, pregnancy and other ailments, as a clutch to change the public sentiment. It is similar to implying that Ajmal Aamir Kasab should have been granted bail because of some health ailments.

And while Congress party scion Rahul Gandhi paid tributes to Swamy on his Twitter account, it is interesting to note why Rahul didn’t help Swamy, if the later were that ill. Swamy was lodged in Central Jail, Taloja, Mumbai. With the  Maha-Vikas-Aghadi alliance (of which the Congress is a major part of) government currently reigning in the state, Rahul did nothing to help him.

Heartfelt condolences on the passing of Father Stan Swamy.

He deserved justice and humaneness.

— Rahul Gandhi (@RahulGandhi) July 5, 2021

Stan Swamy was a Maoist who died a natural death. Contrary to what leftists would like anyone to believe, the court provided him with the best possible healthcare access. The court had directed the authorities to admit him to J.J Hospital, but Swamy remained adamant on interim bail and refused to be treated there. Consequently, he was shifted to Holy Family hospital, where he breathed his last – not in any dark, dingy dungeon that the Liberals have been wrongfully claiming.
